Combining modern and contemporary modular design ideas,this article mainly studies the storage system of the wrapper slice equipment.The storage system is an important subsystem in the slicing equipment for eggplant wrappers,which carries the functions of storage and measurement of tobacco slices.The wrapper and eggplant slicing equipment has a large number of parts and a complex structure.The whole machine is composed of seven parts,which are the storage system,the tobacco leaf rotating and moving system,the suction system,the cutter system,the control system,the safety protection system and the body.First of all,the working principle of the stocker is introduced,the detailed structure of the stocker is designed,the size parameters of the main parts are calculated,and the relationship between the input speed and the output lifting speed is deduced.Aiming at the design of the lifting structure of the stocker,the ADAMS software is used to analyze the movement parameters of the output nut and the movable screw,such as the displacement,speed,acceleration and other motion parameters,and compared with the theoretical calculation results to verify the correctness of the model motion relationship.On the basis of kinematic analysis,the contact force is added between the gear pair contact and the guide rod and the guide sleeve,the dynamic model of the accumulator lifting structure is established,and the dynamics of the movable nut and the output screw under the given driving load are analyzed.Angular velocity,angular acceleration,gear meshing force and force between guide rods and guide sleeves,etc.Secondly,the modal analysis of the main body of the accumulator lifting mechanism was carried out using the finite element method,which verified the accumulator system The resonance can be effectively avoided,which proves the rationality of the structure design of the storage device.Finally,in view of the small swing phenomenon during the movement of the lifting mechanism,it is speculated that it is caused by the gap between the guide rod and the guide sleeve,combined with the SOLIDWORKS equation parametric modeling and targeted structural improvements,so the guide rod and guide sleeve Improve the design of the matching parts.Observe the influence of the gap between the guide rod and the guide sleeve on its contact force.Clarify the specific value of structural adjustment.Finally,verify whether the improvement results meet the working conditions,and judge whether the structural improvement is reasonable.
