With the increasing sales of hand-rolled cigars,the current method of manually cutting wrappers and eggplants is time-consuming and cannot guarantee the accuracy requirements,which can no longer meet the current production demand of increasingly fierce production competition.In response to this problem,this article takes the existing small cigar cigarette machine slicing system as a reference object,combined with the manual cutting of wrapper wrappers to design a semi-automatic wrapper that can slice and prepare multiple types of wrapper wrappers.Eggplant wrap preparation equipment.The equipment manually spreads materials by workers,and mechanically completes the slicing and preparation of tobacco leaves,which meets the design requirements and greatly improves production efficiency.This article mainly designs the control system of the wrapper preparation equipment.In terms of hardware,the Mitsubishi FX3 U series PLC is used as the controller,and the PLC is combined with the servo motor of the servo drive.In terms of software,fuzzy PID control is implemented in the PLC controller through PLC language in the main operating mechanism of the equipment,which meets the control accuracy requirements of the equipment and provides the prerequisites for realizing the efficient and stable operation of the equipment.This article mainly completed the following aspects of work:First,the mechanical structure and control process of the existing small cigar cigarette making machine are introduced,and the methods and shortcomings of manual tobacco cutting are analyzed at the same time,and then the wrapper and eggplant preparation equipment is proposed.According to the performance requirements,the equipment is divided into three parts: slicing,transfer and material preparation,and corresponding analysis of its working principle is made respectively.Then according to the equipment control requirements,its PLC,expansion modules,servo drives,servo motors,touch screens and sensors and other hardware devices are selected and introduced,and the parameter settings of the servo drives are introduced in detail.Then the working principles of PID control and fuzzy control are introduced.Combining these two control methods makes up for the disadvantage that PID control parameters cannot be adjusted at any time,and can meet higher control requirements.Taking the sliding table servo system of this equipment as the research goal,a fuzzy PID controller is designed,and the transmission function of the sliding table servo system is established.The fuzzy PID controller is applied to the sliding table servo system transfer function and the servo system response is simulated in Simulink.Curve to verify the reliability of the servo system.Finally,the fuzzy PID control is implemented in the PLC controller through the PLC programming language,and the PLC-based fuzzy PID controller ladder diagram is designed,and then the main control interface,manual interface,automatic interface and other operation interfaces are designed in the touch screen software according to the functional requirements.The equipment that has been debugged is used in actual work,and its work efficiency is recorded.The data shows that the servo system can meet the actual requirements,which greatly improves the work efficiency.
