Integrated Design And Development Of Safety Protection System Of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor And Voice Communication System

With the popularity of underground belt conveyors,the belt transportation control system is becoming more and more important.At present,the underground belt transportation control system in my country is mainly a control system with PLC as the controller,and the safety protection system is separated from the voice communication system.The system is large in size and complex in transportation structure,which is not conducive to the maintenance of the system.In view of the above problems,this paper has developed a system that integrates the safety protection of coal mine belt conveyor and voice communication.This article first analyzes the coal mine belt conveyor and determines the overall scheme design of the belt transportation safety protection and voice communication integration system.Secondly,this paper designs the key technologies used in the belt transportation safety protection and voice fusion communication system,compares different communication technologies and voice coding algorithms,and finally determines the communication method and voice coding algorithm of the system,and chooses to use voice The signal denoising technology removes the noise in the collected speech signal.Then this article designs the hardware circuit of the belt transportation safety protection and voice communication fusion system,including the intrinsically safe circuit design based on the intrinsically safe explosion-proof circuit,which isolates the external power supply from the internal circuit of the system board to ensure the power supply of the system board Safety and stability;the design of central control module based on LPC1768;the design of communication module based on CAN bus and Ethernet;and the design of voice call module based on VS1063.Then this paper designs the software of the belt transportation safety protection and voice communication fusion system,mainly according to the functional requirements of the system,designs the overall software process of the system,and writes the programs of each module,including the voice call function,Communication function,storage function,etc.Finally,this article conducts experimental tests on the entire belt transportation safety protection and voice communication fusion system,including the introduction of the physical map of the system board,the programming and debugging of the system software,and the functional test of the system board.The functional test mainly includes the safety test of the system circuit,Nixie tube address display and fault display function test,voice call function test and system joint debugging experimental test,and finally completed the experimental test of the entire system.
