In today's production and life,functional textiles are widely used in clothing,medical,aerospace and military fields.The super-hydrophobic multifunctional composite fabric greatly increases the application value of textiles in special environments.This subject aims to prepare a kind of ultra-hydrophobic fabric with UV aging resistance and wear resistance for outdoor use.The main research content of this paper includes the following three parts:Inspired by the adhesion of marine mussels,through a simple one-pot method,under the induction of folic acid(FA),a low concentration of dopamine(DA)is used to prepare a fiber surface with a certain degree of roughness,while using hexadecyltrimethoxysilane(HDTMS)introduces long carbon chains to improve the hydrophobicity of the fabric surface.Research shows that the contact angle of the fabric surface reaches 151.9°and the sliding angle reaches8°.After 1000 times of friction,the contact angle of the sample still remains above 130°,and its physical and mechanical properties are not significantly reduced.This design method provides a solution for the research and development of low-cost super-hydrophobic fabrics.Based on the results above,in order to introduce anti-UV function,this subject added nanoparticles KH550-TiO2 to PDA(2 g/L)@HDTMS and studied the fabric related properties after surface modification.KH550 improved the dispersibility of TiO2 and grafted amino functional groups on its surface.The crosslinking agent EDGE had ring-opening reaction with the amino groups on the surface of KH550-TiO2 and DA,thus successfully grafted TiO2 onto the surface of cotton fabric.The study found that KH550-TiO2 improved the roughness of cotton fabric,and the sample could still maintain more than 150°contact angle after 1000 times of wear resistance test,which effectively improved the problem of easy shedding of nanoparticles.In addition,the study shows that PDA@KH550-TiO2@HDTMS fabric has good UV protection performance.After 24 h UV irradiation,the contact angle of the sample under the protection of PDA decreases by only 12.9°,and the UV aging resistance is better,which proves that PDA is an excellent coating material for inhibiting the photocatalytic performance of TiO2.Finally,the hydrophobic properties of the fabric prepared by KH550-SiO2 and KH550-TiO2 were investigated.The results show that the contact angles of all coatings are above 150°,and the effect of KH550-TiO2 is slightly better than that of KH550-SiO2.KH550-SiO2 fabric has excellent UV aging resistance,and its UV aging resistance is directly proportional to the addition of KH550-SiO2.The UV aging contact angle of all samples decreased within 10.2°for 24 hours,which proves that the combined use of PDA and KH550-SiO2 has better UV aging resistance,which greatly reduces the photocatalytic performance of TiO2 and ultimately improves the outdoor performance of the superhydrophobic coating.
