With the development of China's economy,the domestic paper packaging and printing industry continues to develop,and it plays an increasingly significant role and influence in serving the national economic development strategy,building a manufacturing power and meeting the needs of people's livelihood.Although there are many domestic packaging materials,paper packaging market share is far ahead of other packaging materials due to its unique advantages.By comparing the development of paper packaging market in major countries,it is found that it still has great development potential.Mingjie Packaging Co.,Ltd.as a paper packaging material industry production company,customer turnover speed,customer loss year by year and poor customer service satisfaction and other serious problems led to the company's marketing revenue continued to decline,the company urgently need to find the relationship marketing problems and optimize the relationship marketing strategy.This paper reviews the relevant literature and theories of relationship marketing,among which six market models of relationship marketing theory lay the framework of this paper.This paper analyzes the development and competitive environment of paper packaging and printing industry,and evaluates the market competitiveness of Mingjie Packaging Co.,Ltd.based on the analysis and expert scoring method,and finds that the company is in the third place among the competitors of the same level.Paper through the questionnaire was designed and distributed to 49 packaging co.,LTD.,in the domestic market customers,through the questionnaire to reflect the information found 49 packaging co.,LTD in six major problems in each market,in view of the company in six major problems existing in the market,relationship marketing of 49 packaging co.,LTD.,relationship marketing strategy optimization.In the customer market,the company's relationship marketing optimization strategy includes identifying strategic value customers,establishing the thinking of big customers,etc.In the distributor market,the company should perfect the incentive mechanism of distributor selection and set up common goals.Companies should pay attention to cooperative competition in competitor market;In the supplier market,the company should pay attention to diversified procurement;In the internal employee market,the company should improve the salary system and cultural construction.In the influencer market,companies should maintain rapport with influencers.Finally,put forward the relationship marketing strategy of Mingjie packaging Co.,LTD.
