At present,the competition pattern of the packaging industry in China is scattered,the profitability is overall declined,in addition the rise in material costs and the strict policies in environmental protection,more increased the pressure of enterprise management.Under the heavy pressure of cost and customer loss,the prospect of middle and small-sized enterprises is relatively pessimistic,so the industry consolidation is imperative.This paper studies and analyzes a series of processes of Y company from the traditional marketing mode to the CRM marketing mode,then to the formulation and implementation of the CRM marketing strategy.In the process of analysis,firstly,the marketing environment of packaging industry was introduced,and PEST model was used to analyze the political,economic,social and technical environment.Secondly,the paper introduces the competitive environment of the industry and analyzes it deeply with Porter's five forces model.Then it analyzes the internal management status of Y company in detail,in order to provide a research basis for Y company to implement CRM marketing management strategy,also explains the necessity of Y company to implement CRM marketing strategy,and finally explains the implementation and significance of CRM marketing strategy.The Y company's CRM strategy mainly introduce the marketing management,research and development management,supply chain management three aspects in detail,this paper expounds the Y company in the highly competitive market environment and the severe competition of environment how to formulate suitable CRM marketing strategy and achieve the goal of sustainable development.By referring to the marketing strategies of competitors in the same industry as well as enterprises in other relevant industries,through the analysis of the industry market,the theory and practice are combined,theoretical knowledge is applied to solve practical management problems,then put forward feasible marketing strategies and formulate feasible marketing management plans.
