Coal is an important energy source in China,and an important indicator of national economic,industrial development and environmental improvement Facing the problems of long-term sustainable development and utilization of coal,it is an important way to solve this problem by clearly promoting the innovation and development of coal science and technology,intelligent equipment manufacturing of coal mine and intelligent industrial software development of coal mine.As an important equipment of modern mechanical mining,TBM has encountered serious problems such as data dispersion,equipment optimization and platform development technology bottleneck in the process of equipment manufacturing and platform design and development.Therefore,the realization of innovation development of big data sharing,optimization design of supporting equipment and cloud platform development are important contents of digitalization,networking and integration development of roadheader,which is helpful to promote the collaborative development of enterprise integrating data resources integration,data application,technical innovation and structure optimization.Aiming at the problems of data resource dispersion and insufficient data integration of roadheader,this paper puts forward the design scheme of TBM which combines digital design,scientific data sharing and cloud platform.It studies the requirements and design objectives of the system,introduces the network architecture and system framework of the system in detail,takes visual studio as the system development platform,SQL Server 2008 R2 is the database and the scientific data sharing service system of roadheader is built based on Alibaba cloud platform technology.The system has modules of special data,application service,data exchange,etc.,which can realize the key functions of data download and dynamic analysis,and promote the optimization and innovation of the design of roadheader.Through the integration of data resources of TBM design and manufacturing,the special database of characteristics is constructed,including process database,patent database and CAE analysis database,etc.,so as to realize the browsing and downloading of data resources,which lays the foundation for data sharing.In order to achieve better data management and user management,the user management subsystem is designed,including registration login,information modification and permission allocation,and the system is more perfect.Through the integration of the existing digital system,the application service system including concept design,CAE analysis and optimization design is constructed.Through the actual operation and verification analysis,the system can carry out the equipment selection,dynamic analysis and optimization design of key parts.Through the analysis of the scientific data of the roadheader,the paper designs the scientific data sharing and exchange system structure of the roadheader,constructs the functional framework of the exchange subsystem including the registration of the foreign exchange,the data exchange,the review of the foreign exchange and the receipt of the foreign exchange,forms the exchange audit scheme including the expert audit and the administrator warehousing,develops the data exchange service subsystem of the roadheader,which meets the practical patents,documents and data The product data and other exchange requirements preliminarily meet the data exchange of the TBM design enterprise.The TBM scientific data sharing service system based on cloud platform adheres to the intelligent,network and integrated design concept.Through the continuous integration of the scientific data resources of TBM,the sharing service system including thematic data,application service,exchange service and user management module is designed and developed based on the cloud platform.The system realizes the collection of data query,digital design,data collection The integration of transportation services is of great importance to the design optimization and operation and maintenance of roadheader.The system is tested and applied to verify that the system is stable and reliable.
