At present,coal energy is still the main energy source in China.It is clear that efficient coal mining technology and advanced supporting equipment are the main methods to solve the problems of long-term sustainable development and utilization of coal.Shearer,as one of the important equipment for modern machinery mining,generates a large amount of data in the process of design.Because these data are scattered in various information platforms of shearer,there are some problems such as technology loss and difficulty in knowledge sharing.Therefore,the realization of data-driven innovative design is the main content of the modern design of shearer,which helps to promote the collaborative development of enterprises integrating data resource integration,data application,technological innovation and industrial structure.Data-driven design is an inevitable development trend for shearer innovation design.In view of shearer data,there are some current situations such as dispersion and low sharing of shearer data.Using Visual Studio and SQL server2008 as system development tools,a data sharing service system for shearer is researched,which integrates thematic data,application service and data collection,around the demand of scientific data sharing service system.The development of the research is based on some technologies such as the ASP.NET technology,Ajax asynchronous technology,Web Service technology and advanced database technology.The sharing service system includes the special service subsystem,application service subsystem,collection service subsystem and other auxiliary subsystems,effectively integrating and gathering data resources scattered in each digital platform of shearer,which provides data resources with guiding significance for designers and promotes the application and sharing of shearer data resources.This paper puts forward the solution plan of special data service subsystem of shearer scientific data.Through deep mining,analysis and other processing of shearer data,special databases with special characteristics are established,including design resource database,parts database,CAD model database and CAE analysis database,to meet the functions of browsing,retrieving and downloading data resources for users.Through the research on conceptual design,parametric modeling and CAE analysis technology,some functional modules are constructed such as online conceptual design,CAD parametric modeling,CAE analysis and other functional modules,completing the integration of the shearer application service subsystem.The application service subsystem is preliminarily verified by case analysises which meeting some online needs for users such as selection design of shearer,CAD parametric modeling and CAE parametric analysing for key parts,providing technical support for digital design of shearer.Based on the analysis of scientific data characteristics of shearer,the data collection system and functional framework of shearer design data are designed.Putting forward the collection audit scheme with "expert audit as the main and data administrator as the auxiliary",a relatively integral collection service subsystem is built for shearer design data.It meets the collection needs of users for metadata and data entities of data products,and constantly enriches the data resource of the shearer data center,initially realizing the efficient data collection and delivery of the shearer manufacturing enterprises.According to the actual needs of users,the system test plan is determined.Some system tests are completed such as the system function test,performance test,safety test,compatibility test and other tests.And the reliability and safety of the system are verified by running examples of each subsystem.The system runs digital design throughout the design process of shearer,which collects and integrates a large number of data resources with design significance.A data collection and delivery platform is designed and developed for users to share data,providing for users the service mode of data application and sharing integrating data resources,digital design,data collection and delivery services.The system promotes the sharing and application of data resources,realizing the scientific management of data resources and reducing the waste of data resources,which plays an important role in the resource integration,design digitization,operation networking,management informatization and service intelligence of coal machinery equipment.
