As one of the main energy sources in my country,the traditional development model is no longer able to adapt to the current development environment.Innovative product design is needed to change the traditional development model and promote the digital development of the coal industry.As the main equipment of coal machinery equipment,coal shearers,tunneling machines,hoists and scraper conveyors have produced massive amounts of valuable data from the design of the equipment to the final maintenance of the whole life cycle.Because these data are scattered in the enterprise and the main In the hands of designers,data circulation is hindered,data islands and data waste are caused,and it is difficult to realize the potential scientific value of data.Therefore,the realization of data sharing is the main trend in the innovation and development of the coal mining machinery field,which will help promote the intelligent and digital development of coal mining machinery enterprises.The scientific data of coal machinery equipment refers to the multi-source heterogeneous data generated during the entire life cycle of coal machinery equipment,which mainly includes scientific data such as product parameters,CAD models,CAE analysis results,virtual assembly models,documents,patents and so on.Aiming at the current situation of coal machinery equipment data islands and closed data,analyze the data input-processing-output "data cycle" system,using ASP.NET technology,Ajax technology and metadata technology,using.NET as the development platform,SQL server 2008 In order to store the database,build a scientific data sharing service platform for coal machinery equipment that integrates data collection,thematic data and application service functions.The shared service platform includes scientific data sharing service systems for the four major coal machinery equipment(coal shears,tunneling machines,hoists and scraper conveyors).Each shared service system consists of three major categories: data collection,thematic data,and application services.It is composed of modules,which deeply excavates and integrates the scientific data of coal machinery equipment,provides a data foundation for coal mining companies and professionals in the field,and promotes the standardized exchange and efficient sharing of scientific data of coal machinery equipment.Propose an online and offline rendezvous method,adopt data transmission and permission control and configuration file encryption technology to build a data rendezvous module that integrates rendezvous registration,remittance application,remittance review,and remittance warehousing.,Provide users with metadata and entity data collection and exchange channels,enrich the content of thematic databases,and realize the safe and standardized collection of scientific data of coal machinery equipment.Propose a plan to build a special topic database of coal machinery equipment.Through in-depth mining and sorting of scientific data of coal machinery equipment,it is stored in the database in a distributed storage mode to form a diversified thematic database,including computing resource library,CAD model library,and virtual Assembly library,monitoring operation library,reliability information library,enterprise product information library and literature library,etc.,provide users with online browsing,query and download services,and promote the efficient sharing of data in the field of coal mining machinery.Construct a comprehensive application service module for coal machinery equipment,perfect and integrate conceptual design subsystem and parametric modeling subsystem on the basis of the original parametric modeling subsystem,CAE analysis subsystem,optimization design subsystem,virtual assembly subsystem,etc.To the shared service platform,the application service system functions are more comprehensive and provide data and technical support for the digital design of coal machinery equipment products.Facing the whole life cycle design process of coal machinery equipment products,through the three modules of data collection,thematic data,and application services,the data security specification collection in the field of coal mining machinery,thematic data classification sharing,and efficient design,analysis and optimization can be realized.Coal machinery equipment enterprises and the public in need provide data support and services such as scientific research,design,manufacturing,operation and maintenance.After application testing,the shared service platform is stable,safe and reliable.
