With the proposal of the development plan of "smart mine",intelligence,efficiency and safety have become the development goals of the current coal mining industry.As an important part of the whole coal mine system,the power consumption of coal mine drainage system accounts for almost 30% of the whole coal mine production,and the reliability of the system deviates.Taking the pipe well drainage system of Sunzhuang mine in Handan,Hebei Province as the background,this thesis designs the automatic drainage system of main drainage pump series frequency conversion speed regulating submersible pump based on positive pressure water supply,which solves the problems of cavitation of main drainage pump and large power consumption of the system.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)In this thesis,the main drainage pump is selected as the drainage mode of series variable-frequency speed regulating submersible pump,so that the mine water has a certain pressure energy before entering the double suction pump,which greatly improves the effective NPSH of the main drainage pump,solves the problem of cavitation of the main drainage pump from the principle of cavitation,and according to the relevant regulations for the safe operation of the drainage system,The start-up process of series water pump drainage mode is redesigned.(2)This thesis aims at the problems of simple logic and high electricity cost of traditional control methods.The strategy of "avoiding peak and filling valley" is optimized by three-dimensional fuzzy control method.According to different industrial electricity prices in different periods of time every day,a day is divided into five periods.The number of water pumps to be started is determined according to the current time period,the current water level in the sump,the water inflow rate and the water level change rate.The simulation model is established in MATLAB to verify that the response speed of three-dimensional fuzzy control is faster and the control performance is better.(3)Through the frequency conversion speed regulation experiment of series booster pump,it is studied that the main drainage pump can always operate in high efficiency.The speed regulation range of booster pump is 1280 to 1450 rpm and the frequency regulation range of frequency converter is 44-50 hz.The experimental results are applied to the optimization of drainage strategy.(4)According to the overall structure and control method of the actual drainage system,a set of intelligent control drainage system of main drainage pump series frequency conversion speed regulating submersible pump controlled by PLC is developed.The system monitoring interface,pump control part and pump dispatching part are designed through Win CC configuration software.The drainage system has been tested and applied in the pipe well of Sunzhuang mine in Handan.The industrial operation experiment shows that the drainage mode and three-dimensional fuzzy control strategy of series variable frequency variable speed submersible pump have obvious energy-saving effect,and the drainage mode of series pump group avoids the cavitation of the main drainage pump and greatly improves the reliability of the system.
