Based on the fact that the low efficiency of the main drainage pump leads to serious energy waste,this paper validates the main drainage pump under the condition of positive pressure water supply.Since cavitation is one of the main factors affecting the efficient operation of centrifugal pumps,this study combines theory with practice to eliminate cavitation and improve the operating efficiency of centrifugal pumps.The simulation experiment divides the positive pressure water supply into two models: positive water supply with high water level(static positive pressure)and positive pressure feed water with positive pressure(positive positive pressure),and compares them with traditional negative pressure water absorption respectively.At the same time,the frequency converter and permanent magnet governor are used to speed up the sub-pump to realize the variable control of the main drainage pump water supply condition,to collect the operation status of the primary pump,the energy consumption data and the vibration of the pump before and after using the rubber soft joint.In addition,simulation experiments using CFturbo plot analysis software and Pumoplinx finite element software to verify the above experimental results.The experimental results show that: 1,the use of high water level positive pressure water supply,pump efficiency improvement is not obvious,there are some individual operating point of the downward trend,this is because the positive pressure water supply is only static positive pressure water supply,strictly speaking Speaking,it also belongs to the category of negative pressure suction,flow rate caused by the additional resistance has become the impact of its adverse conditions for efficient operation.2,The operation efficiency of the mother pump is increased by about 5%,while the efficiency interval is expanded by 3.4 times,and the flow of the system and the actual lift have been improved.3,The use of frequency converter and permanent magnet governor adjust the working conditions than the use of throttling mode energy saving effect is obvious,at the same time permanent magnet governor between the two energy-saving effect is more significant.4,Use flexible connections can be very good to reduce network vibration and pump noise.5,The simulation results using CFturbo and Pumoplinx software are basically consistent with the field experiments,and the feasibility of positive pressure water supply is verified theoretically.
