In the production of mineral mine,the auxiliary shaft hoist is the most important link,and is also the most critical production equipment.The auxiliary shaft hoist conveys personnel and materials mainly,whose safety and reliability of the operation plays a vital role to the mineral mine production during the rapid delivery in the auxiliary shaft.The current and traditional auxiliary shaft hoist system is difficult to meet the production requirements and cannot guarantee the production process smoothly,because of its several setbacks,such as low control precision,poor speed-governing performance and defective safety protection and monitoring,which lead to system faults easily,then pause the production and lower the productivity.The designed conclusion takes the modification of electronic control system of underground hoist for Sijiaying Iron Mine as the research background,it sets a complete scheme for the electronic control system of the auxiliary shaft hoist,makes some improved design on the speed-governing system and control loop,which adopts the powerful system function of configuration software to complete design for the monitoring system of upper computer.In speed-governing,the system adopts frequency conversion speed-governing,which increases the operation stability and reduces the energy consumption.And in electronic control,the system adopts PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)to control hoist.SIEMENS S7-300 series will be selected,whose software is flexible,hardware is simple and the maintenance amount is small.One set of PLC is as the main control system,the other is as monitoring system to detect all faults of the hoist system,and pass the event to the touch screen,which guarantee the reliability of hoist operation greatly,besides,two sets of PLCs can alternate with each other to guarantee the hoist operation without stopping.Through the communication between industrial Ethernet and PLC,the upper computer can display the operating parameters and status constantly,support WEB releasing function on-line,and achieve the remote monitoring by system.The safety and stability of the auxiliary shaft hoist can be increased through the improved design above,and during the production process.It not only can the energy consumption be reduced and the cost be saved,but also the production efficiency can be improved significantly.
