Coal face conveying equipment including scraper conveyor,crusher,transfer machine.Due to the poor lighting conditions of the working face and the harsh terrain,accidents of people falling onto the coal conveying equipment occur from time to time.In order to realize the effective protection of the crusher front-part staff and ensure the effective perception of the staff accidentally falling into the scraper conveyor due to mistakes,this thesis designs and studies a crusher front-part protection system based on distributed sensor array intelligent sensing technology.The system adopts intelligent sensing technology of distributed sensor array to realize rapid and accurate identification,and is convenient to install,stable to work and high reliability.This system plays an important role in ensuring mine safety production and reducing the occurrence of serious and extra-large safety accidents.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1)Research on theoretical knowledge of information perception technology and information fusion technology.In the information sensing technology,the sensor technology theory and information processing technology theory are mainly introduced.In the technology of information fusion,the main models and algorithms of information fusion are introduced.Through the above theoretical knowledge research,this thesis needs to use the sensor and the theoretical knowledge of multi-sensor information fusion has a full understanding of the application of the following laid a theoretical foundation.2)Research on the crusher front-part protection perception and decision system.By constructing a distributed sensor array system,a three-dimensional perception space can be obtained,and the cross-section information of the object falling into the perception space can be sensed,thus providing a data basis for the subsequent pattern recognition.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of the three commonly used pattern recognition algorithms are studied,and the performance of the two Bayesian classifiers is analyzed through experiments to determine the Bayesian classifier with the minimum error rate decision.Fuzzy logic reasoning is used to infer the state of the failure sensor,so as to obtain complete and reliable perceptual information,so as to achieve better pattern recognition.3)Research on the front-part protection and control system of crusher.The control system of crusher front-part protection system mainly includes laser sensor module,acquisition board module and main controller module.The basic performance and parameters of the required hardware components and related components are introduced,and then the workflow of the system as well as the start and stop of the system are designed and realized accordingly.The design of the control system is completed through the composition of the above modules.4)Experimental study on the design scheme of the crusher front-part protection system.There are two kinds of experiments,which are whether the fall from coal is misjudged and whether the staff can sense and report to the police in time when they fall accidentally.Through many experiments,it is concluded that the system can accurately judge whether someone is falling.Some problems found in the experiment are also improved and optimized,and the improvement scheme is put forward.
