Foundry industry is an important pillar industry of China's national economy;Since 2000,China's casting output has been reached top1 for19 years in the world.At present,the working environment for domestic foundry workshops is generally poor,the particle is the main pollution part in air pollution,it contains big emission quantity and wide distribution.According to foundry particle emission requirement,take local foundry for example,combine the workshop size and original equipment characters,increase the de-dust system exhaust ability,air exchange efficiency,and improve the de-dust efficiency,reduce the visible dust,ensure the particle within the regulation scope,finally,through the de-dust system treatment,then,get the qualified emission limitation.At present,there are many kinds and quantities of pollution prevention and control technologies for each process section of foundry production at home and abroad,but lack of comprehensive evaluation of pollution prevention and control technologies for particulate in foundry industry.Based on this,the research based on detail review foundry particle prevent at home and abroad,through analysis the problem of original product craft,combine the de-dust theory and current mature technology on casting waste gas,offer the de-dust rebuild solution for improve de-dust efficiency,the rebuild contain the following parts:(1)Original de-dust system improvement on melting area,install some dust collect hoppers on top of melting area,implement continually dust collecting,through high exhaust air to improve dust collect efficiency.(2)For digging and new fettling area,take advanced pulse valve jet type filter de-dust system,reduce dust escape,improve the dust collect efficiency,get lower environment impact,at the same time,take advanced converter technique,on condition of good dust collect result,save power consumption.(3)By de-dust system use and adjust,the emission concentration is below 4 mg/m~3,the unorganized emission for boundary is below 0.29 mg/m~3,all are far below the standard of?Foundry industrial air pollution emission standard?and?Jiangsu air pollution emission standard?(DB32 4041-2021).
