The fruit of Cucumber is one of the main vegetables favored by consumers,with high nutritional and therapeutic value,and the fruit is crisp,sweet and fragrant.However,cucumber is prone to chilling injury in the environment higher than 0?and lower than7?10?.With the rapid development of low temperature logistics in China and the increasing demand for fruits and vegetables in winter,the cold injury and the corruption caused by cold injury in the circulation of cucumber become more and more serious,resulting in serious losses.From cucumber at low temperature are vulnerable to the practical problems of chilling injury,discusses the different packing method on the inhibition effect of low temperature cucumber chilling injury,and foam packing in inhibiting cucumber chilling injury mechanism of the bubble chamber was studied using timing and microporous membrane packaging processing for refrigerated cucumber chilling injury during the period of inhibition and room temperature during chilling injury symptoms of links and quality keep effect.The main conclusions of this paper were as follows:1.To study the effects of three different packaging methods of film packaging,foam box packaging,and film foam box composite packaging on cold injury and active oxygen of cucumber under low temperature storage.The results showed that packaging treatment could inhibit the increase of cold injury index of cucumber,reduce the respiratory rate of cucumber,maintain higher hardness and reduce the increase of weight loss rate;packaging treatment could slow the increase of membrane permeability in cucumber refrigerated environment,and inhibit active oxygen in cucumber.The increase in the increase of cucumber antioxidant enzymes such as CAT,POD,SOD activity,and increase the cold resistance of cucumber;film packaging for cold damage inhibition effect is not as good as foam box packaging,and foam box packaging and film foam box composite packaging is not significantly different.In summary,the packaging treatment can effectively inhibit the cold injury of cucumber,and the foam box packaging group has the best comprehensive effect.2 Use the temperature and humidity chamber box to simulate the temperature and humidity changes of the foam box in a refrigerated environment.At the same time,set the foam box packaging and the exposed blank control.The results show that both the foam box temperature and humidity simulation group and the foam box group can inhibit the increase of the cold injury index of cucumber,reduce the relative conductivity of cells and the content of MDA;the two groups can also inhibit the increase of active oxygen in cucumber,enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes,and maintain cucumber Endotrophic qualities such as total phenol,flavonoids,etc.;the two groups differed significantly in inhibiting increased membrane permeability and increasing enzyme activity.In summary,the mechanism by which the foam box can suppress the occurrence of cold damage is not only the slow decrease of the temperature,but also the yellow micro-environment of the gas that is formed in the foam box.3.Foam box packaging was used to process cucumber before,after the node,and during storage and transportation of the cold injury node(3d).The effects of different foam box packaging timing on cold injury regulation and active oxygen metabolism during cucumber cold storage and normal temperature transportation were studied.The results showed that chilling injury began to occur in the CK and A groups on the 3rd day;node pretreatment could prevent chilling injury in cucumber;although the symptoms of chilling injury in the node post-treatment group had already appeared,it could reduce the active oxygen metabolism intensity of cucumber after chilling;Not only can prevent the cold damage of cucumber,but also suppress the quality degradation during transportation at room temperature.At all timings,the foam box treatment will inhibit the respiration intensity of cucumber,delay the increase of relative conductivity and MDA content,and slow down the decrease of CAT,SOD,POD,APX enzyme activities.Former group.After the nodule,the whole ethylene treatment will obviously prevent the symptoms of cucumber chilling injury,and maintain a high level of hardness and soluble protein content.In summary,in order to prevent the cold injury of cucumber,the foam box must be applied before the node.4.To study the effects of four different microporous film packages of 0,8 and 16holes on the sensory quality and active oxygen metabolism of cucumber under low temperature storage and normal temperature storage and transportation.The results showed that the microporous film packaging could prevent the symptoms of chilling injury at low temperature,and there was little difference between the groups.After moving to normal temperature,the symptoms of spoilage and mildew gradually appeared in the 0-hole group,because the packaging gradually increased with the increase of respiratory intensity.The content of O2 in the bag gradually decreased,and the activity of CAT,SOD,POD decreased,and the activity of LOX increased,which led to the generation of anaerobic respiration and increased membrane permeability in the bag.The increase makes the nutritional quality and chlorophyll content of the cucumber in the bag decrease;the 8-well group will significantly inhibit the increase of relative conductivity,MDA content and LOX activity,delay the decrease of CAT,SOD,POD activities,and maintain the quality of cucumber.In summary,the 8-hole treatment can better maintain the quality of cucumber and maintain the commerciality of cucumber.
