| In this paper,through the introduction of the core technology of the stamping die structure design and the CAE simulation experiment,The drawing experiment of two drawing dies mould surface for the skylight strengthening frame stamping parts of a new type of the new model of Jianghuai is simulated,that is,CAE simulation experiment of stamping die without submodel surface and CAE simulation experiment of stamping die with submodel surface.and the two experimental results were compared,The die structure design of the qualified simulation results is carried out and verified by practice.The following representative conclusions are obtained.(1)CAE simulation experiment of punching drawing die without submodel surface shows that: because of the small force and insufficient plastic deformation in the middle area of the skylight strengthening frame stamping parts,the edge parts of the product have different degrees of drawing defects,and the heavy folding and wrinkling defects appear in the flanging parts,which seriously affect the production.Product surface quality;Product final forming product quality does not meet performance and use requirements.(2)CAE simulation experiment of punching drawing die with submodel surface shows that:the middle part of skylight frame window frame is designed for the submodel surface,the material in the middle area is uniformly loaded,the plastic deformation is full,the material in the edge area is uniform,the plastic deformation is full,the whole formability is good,and the final order of the FLD diagram can be seen.The surface area of the product is green area(safety area),and the final order thinning rate diagram can be seen that the overall thinning rate of the product is even,the product is more than 3%,the product has full plastic deformation and the product meets the requirements of stiffness and strength.At the same time,the main and secondary strain diagrams also show that the whole product area is well stressed and the product is formed in good quality.The final product meets the requirements of quality and stiffness and strength.(3)The structure design of punching and drawing die with submodel surface.The structure accords with the technical requirements of the core structure design of the die,and the mould is practical.(4)The drawing stamping parts of the skylight strengthening frame with the submodel surface structure has the high quality,and the material utilization ratio of the stamping material is greatly improved.(5)The drawing die with submodel surface structure has the advantages of processing,making and installing,and saving the development cost of tooling.(6)The stamping die with submodel surface structure has practical application economy,such as improving the utilization ratio of the body material,optimizing the structure of the die,saving the cost of the development of the tooling,reducing the cost of mould debugging,reducing the strength and improving the production efficiency. |
