Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Integration Between Industry And Education In The Clothing Major Of Secondary Vocational Education In Henan Province

In his report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping called for the vigorous development of vocational and technical education,the integration of the vocational education with social and economic development,and integration with market demand.In 2022,the Vocational Education Law was revised and passed,proposing to “Promote the coordinated development of vocational education and General Education”.China's garment industry structure transformation and upgrading,Henan Province has a rich labor force and a vast market,with the advantages of undertaking the textile and garment industry.The integration of Industry and education is a common problem faced by the education and economic industry of the Times,and it is a task of the Times.The cooperation between school and Enterprise in the clothing specialty of secondary vocational education and the integration of industry and education both meet the demand for talents in the transformation and upgrading of the clothing industry in the information age,it also reflects the responsibility of the times when the teaching reform of Secondary Vocational Education Confronts the realistic problems.Based on the literature,survey,Comparative Analysis,interviews and other research methods,first of all around the domestic and foreign integration model,to understand the current situation of clothing industry and education in Secondary Vocational Education in Henan Province;Then through the analysis of the current situation of clothing industry and education in secondary vocational education in Henan Province,the integration of the problems,and finally put forward the Innovation Model of industry and education.The paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the educational background of the mode of integration of production and education at home and abroad and the overall talent demand of garment industry under the trend of development of Garment Industry Park in Henan Province.The second chapter investigates the current situation of the integration of industry and education in the garment major of secondary vocational education in Henan Province,and the contradiction between the supply and demand of talents resulting from the transformation and upgrading of the garment industry.The third chapter puts forward the status quo of the integration of industry and education in clothing major of secondary vocational education in Henan Province,analyzes the lack of effective communication between schools and enterprises and the lack of practical experience of students.In the Fourth Chapter,the author puts forward some countermeasures: The local government should support the sustainable development of the garment specialty,the school should build the Innovation Center of the garment specialty Schools and enterprises set up “Mobile Property Teaching Class”;schools and enterprises implement “Teaching mode”;innovative integration of production and teaching “Workshop Apprentice”;Clothing enterprises strengthen humanistic care to the students majoring in clothing in secondary vocational schools.The innovation mode takes the market as the guide to train the first-line post skilled personnel,to promote the school employment rate,and to provide the experience for the innovation research of the mode of integration of industry and education in the clothing specialty of secondary vocational education in Henan Province.The proposal of innovative measures for the integration of Industry and education enriches and perfects the theoretical system of the integration of industry and education in the clothing major of vocational education.With the improvement of the supply structure of talent training and the continuous development of industrial economy,the new era of diversified,diverse and complex industrial environment for the training of talents in secondary vocational schools,especially in the integration of industry and education and the coordinated cultivation of talents,to improve the comprehensive ability of secondary vocational talents,more and higher requirements need to be coordinated by the government,enterprises,industries,colleges and universities.
