As a basic material industry for manufacturing,steel has an important position in the manufacturing field.Strip steel is one of the most important steel products in my country and an indispensable production material in the national economy.The flatness is an index that characterizes the difference between the surface of the steel plate and the absolute level,which is of great significance to the production of high-quality strip steel.The use of laser and CCD to achieve non-contact flatness online measurement has the advantages of high speed,high accuracy,and easy automatic control.This thesis compares several common flatness detection methods.The direct-incident laser triangulation method is used as the basic method for strip flatness detection,and the PLT5 450 B laser is selected as the measurement light source and the TCD1304 linear array CCD is used as the photoelectric detection.It uses the height information of the strip surface to calculate the flatness,and adds a three-point measurement method on this basis,which avoids the measurement error caused by the strip jitter during the measurement process.Aiming at the realization of the flatness measurement system,the system hardware design and driver design with FPGA and linear CCD as the core are carried out.This thesis chooses XC6SLX9 FPGA as the main control chip of the measurement system,and collects the laser reflection signal of the measured strip surface collected by the optical system through the linear array CCD to obtain the strip surface height information.The collected signal is subjected to photoelectric conversion,signal amplification,and A/D conversion,and is transmitted to the host computer through the serial port.Finally,the threshold method is used to locate the center of the light spot to obtain important data for calculating the flatness information.The experiment proves that within the range of 4mm above and below the reference position,the strip flatness measurement requirements can be met,and the validity of the three-point measurement method is verified.
