The traditional epoxy resin system brings harm to the environment due to the use of organic solvents.With the increasingly strict environmental protection regulations,the waterborne epoxy system has become a research hotspot.The composition and structure of waterborne epoxy curing agents play a key role in the performance of the waterborne epoxy resin.The development of curing agents suitable for epoxy resin is of great significance to the performance of the epoxy resin.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.a self emulsifying waterborne epoxy curing agent was prepared.The effects of different raw materials on the properties of the waterborne epoxy curing agent were investigated.The particle size,viscosity and stability of the waterborne epoxy curing agent and the prepared waterborne epoxy lotion were compared and analyzed,and the optimized preparation scheme was obtained.The synthesized self-emulsifying waterborne epoxy curing agent has excellent emulsifying performance and stability.The average particle size of the waterborne epoxy curing agent is 14.07 nm,and the average particle size of the waterborne epoxy lotion modified by it is 164.1 nm.2.on this basis,the effects of different Pu emulsifier contents on the tensile properties,basic mechanical properties,electrochemical properties,chemical medium resistance and salt spray resistance of the waterborne epoxy curing agent and its waterborne epoxy lotion cured film were studied.The results show that when the content of Pu emulsifier is 15%,the elongation at break of epoxy film is 12.15%,the tensile strength is 35.46 MPa,and the corrosion current density of coated steel bar electrode is 0.0017?A·cm-2 after soaking in 3.5%sodium chloride solution for 28 days,which is far less than the corrosion current threshold.The basic mechanical properties and chemical medium resistance are good.The 720 h salt spray test film surface is basically intact without bubbles and rust.3.the application research on the preparation of waterborne epoxy primer and waterborne epoxy floor with self-made waterborne epoxy curing agent was carried out,and the effects of the total amount of filler and different filler contents on the basic mechanical properties,electrochemical properties and salt spray resistance of waterborne epoxy primer were investigated.The results showed that when the total amount of filler was 30%and the optimal proportion of each filler,the basic mechanical properties of waterborne epoxy anticorrosive primer coating were excellent,The corrosion current density of the coating is 0.01973?A·cm-2 after continuous immersion in 3.5%sodium chloride solution for 28 days 720 h salt spray test:the coating surface is basically intact without bubbles and rust.At the same time,the effects of penetrant type and filler content on the tensile bond strength and chemical medium resistance of waterborne epoxy anti-corrosion floor paint were investigated.The results showed that when the penetrant(AEO)was added to the waterborne epoxy lotion,the tensile bond strength of the waterborne epoxy floor primer could reach 4.64MPa,and the chemical medium resistance was excellent.When the total amount of fillers is20%and each filler is the optimal proportion,the adhesive strength of the waterborne epoxy floor finish is up to 4.44 MPa,the basic mechanical properties and chemical medium resistance are excellent,and it is obviously superior to the commercial waterborne epoxy floor finish.
