Study On Optimization Of Supplier Performance Evaluation Indicator System For SN Company

With the development of global economic integration and the vigorous development and application of the Internet in the world,the supply chain has moved from tradition to modernity.In recent years,the Party Central Committee has gradually paid more attention to the supply chain: the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress put forward "modern supply chain" for the first time;On October 14,2017,the general office of the State Council issued the guiding opinions on actively promoting the innovation and application of supply chain.Under the influence of major international events such as the Trade War,the COVID-19 and the war between Russia and Ukraine,the supply chain of global enterprises has been faced with unprecedented challenges.The competitiveness of supply chain determines the comprehensive strength of enterprises in the fierce market competition.In recent years,since the invention and design patents of the company's characteristic products have expired one after another,a large number of imitations have emerged in the market.Competitors maliciously bid through low price strategy,and the market share of SN Company has a decreasing trend.It is urgent to quickly improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the company to maintain the healthy development of the enterprise.This paper takes the current situation of supplier evaluation system as the starting point,draws lessons from the existing research results at home and abroad,and analyzes the shortcomings of the company's supplier performance evaluation index system.Instead of the evaluation index system which were established under the principles of traditional empiricism and decision influenced by human factors,the author use the method of BSC and KPI to obtain the primary and secondary evaluation indexes;what's more,the weights of primary and secondary indicators are calculated and obtained scientifically by the method of AHP and paired comparison;Finally,the evaluation system is continuously improved with PDCA theory;So as to build a more scientific and reasonable supplier performance evaluation index system for SN Company.Through the optimized supplier evaluation index system,the supplier performance in the same year is evaluated again,and the conclusion is basically consistent with the supplier performance evaluation result in the management review report of that year.Through the optimized evaluation indicator system,SN company can obtain more accurate and reasonable supplier performance,and then use different management methods for different suppliers with different performance levels,so that the management can be measured and targeted,and finally improve the competitive advantage both for the supply chain and the company.
