Superconductivity is a high and new technology with very important strategic significance.It not only has a wide range of applications in information technology,detection technology,transportation,electric power technology,etc.,but also has important research and development value.At present,my country has reached the world's leading level in superconducting materials and applications,has basically mastered a variety of practical superconducting materials technology,and has achieved good development in many fields.The Bi2Sr2Ca Cu2O8+?(Bi2212)superconducting material has received extensive attention and in-depth research because of its high critical transition temperature,good plasticity and easy processing.Based on this background,this dissertation simulates superconducting materials with the help of the action principle of the shaped jet,and conducts experimental research based on the simulation results,in order to hope that the high temperature and high pressure generated by the shaped jet can cause the material to undergo phase change and generate new matter or superconducting material.This study takes the superconducting material Bi2212 as the research object,based on the detonation theory and the formation and penetration mechanism of the shaped jet,the phase transition conditions of the superconducting material and the key influencing factors of the detonation and the shaping effect of the charge.ANSYS/LS-DYNA-3D numerical simulation and experiment were combined to study the action process of shaped energy jet on superconducting material Bi2212,and the samples before and after the experiment were characterized by XRD and TEM.The results show that:(1)The parameters of the shaped charge and its shape cover—the caliber and cone angle will have a certain influence on the state of the shaped jet in the collision area,as well as its temperature and pressure.When the diameter and cone angle of the hood are 12 mm and 100°,respectively,the pressure and temperature generated during the collision are the largest,and the smallest when the diameter and cone angle are 12 mm and 110°,respectively.The highest is at the center of the collision of the jets.(2)The experiment resulted in a new phase of the sample,that is,the experimental sample changed from the initial single phase of Bi2212 to two phases composed of Bi2212and Bi2201,accounting for 79.30%and 20.70%respectively.(3)The high temperature and high pressure effect formed by the interaction of the shaped jets can be used to study high temperature superconducting materials.The method of using the jet collision generated by the explosion to make the phase transition of Bi2212 provides a new idea for the study of high-temperature superconducting materials,and also provides a certain reference for the study of other materials sensitive to high temperature and high pressure.
