Nanomaterials are materials that have at least one dimension in the trivial space in the 0.1-100 nm nanometer size or are composed of them as basic units, which have good optical, magnetic, electrical, adsorption and catalytic properties. It is widely used in the preparation of electrochemical biosensor and can effectively improve the performance of electrochemical biosensor. In recent years, polymerized ionic liquids,as one of the typical nanomaterials, have been widely used in the field of electroanalytical chemistry based on their good ionic conductivity, good stability and film formation. In this work, polymeric ionic liquid microspheres and polymeric ionic liquid-reduced graphene oxide composites were successfully prepared on the basis of polymeric ionic liquid, and two new enzyme electrochemical sensors were constructed to investigate their electrochemical performance. The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Firstly,PIL was prepared by free radical polymerization of ionic liquid monomer, and polymerized ionic liquid microspheres(PIL-M)were prepared by W/O emulsion polymerization. The morphology, structure and properties of the synthesized materials were characterized by SEM and Zeta potential.Then,biosensors:PIL-HRP-Nafion/GCE,PIL-M-HRP-Nafion/GCE were constructed based on the combination of material polymerized ionic liquid, polymerized IL microparticles and horseradish peroxidase(HRP).UV-vis and FT-IR techniques were applied to characterise the PIL-HRP and PIL-M-HRP composites and to investigate the electrochemical properties of the modified electrodes. The experimental results show that the polymerized IL microparticles provides a good microenvironment for HRP fixation and effectively promotes electron transfer between HRP and electrons,The biosensor has good electrocatalytic activity to H2O2 and Na NO2.In addition,PIL-M could promote the direct electrochemical behavior of heme-like oxidoreductases by examining the cross-linked polymeric ionic liquid microspheres loaded with redox enzyme hemoglobin(Hb).2.Firstly,polymeric ionic liquid-reduced graphene oxide composites(PIL-rGO)prepared by?-?interactions.The morphology and structure of the composites were characterized by TEM and Zeta potential. We then applied the material PIL-rGO to successfully achieve the solid loading of HRP to construct PIL-rGO-HRP-Nafion/GCE-modified electrodes, and the electron transfer between enzyme and electrode was successfully achieved. The results show that PIL-rGO-HRP-Nafion/GCE modified electrode has better electrocatalytic performance for H2O2 and Na NO2.The biosensor has potential application value for H2O2 and NaNO2 detection in actual samples.
