As a more commonly used office supplies,the long tail clip is in increasing demand,and its production efficiency and automation level need to be improved.In order to ensure that the clamp body has sufficient toughness in the production process of the long tail clip,it is necessary to arrange the long tail clip vertically and compactly into the quenching furnace for quenching,and the manual arrangement of the long tail clip is time-consuming and laborious.In view of the above problems,this paper designs an automated long-tail clamp quenching furnace feeding equipment with reference to the axiomatic design concept,and focuses on the structure,size,motion and force characteristics of the vibration plate of the core mechanism to analyze and simulate the study,so as to determine the optimal solution.This paper first analyzes and extracts the design requirements of the long tail clamp quenching furnace feeding equipment,refers to the concept of axiomatic design to formulate the composition and structure of the long tail clamp quenching furnace feeding equipment,and further determines the design size of each component,focusing on the detailed calculation of the size of the core mechanism-the vibration plate,and then establishes a three-dimensional model of the entire equipment.Then,the main motion parameters of the vibration disk are selected for kinematics and dynamic simulation,the motion state of the long tail sandwiched in the vibration disk is simulated,the accuracy of the calculation of the motion parameters of the vibration disk is verified,and the rationality of the vibration disk design is discussed through motion simulation.On this basis,for the spring plate of the easily damaged parts in the vibration disk,three structural schemes are designed,and the optimal scheme is obtained by finite element analysis comparison,and the rationality of the structure is verified by fatigue analysis.Finally,according to the functional requirements of the feeding equipment of the long tail clamp quenching furnace,the integrated control system of the feeding equipment is designed and developed,including hardware selection such as PLC,frequency converter,motor,control cabinet,system circuit diagram drawing and control software design.In summary,this paper proposes a complete set of design schemes for the feeding equipment of the long tail clamp quenching furnace from the composition,structure to the control system,and the feeding equipment developed according to the design scheme is now assembled and in the debugging stage,and the research results can provide theoretical support and program reference for the design of the long tail clamp and other types of bulk feeding equipment,and the industry application prospects are broad.Figure [68] table [14] reference [86]...
