Research On Knowledge Management Of Cutting Tool Products Based On Knowledge Graph

With the development of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge management has gradually become an efficient means of development and utilization of information resources,which can help enterprises obtain competitive advantages in social production activities.Therefore,it has been widely concerned by various industries.As an important tool in the traditional machinery manufacturing industry,cutting tool affects the efficiency of manufacturing and the quality of parts.However,at present,there are some problems in the data information of various cutting tools in the cutting tool market,such as scattered distribution and various forms,which restrict the rapid acquisition and application of cutting tools.Taking the cutting tool product knowledge as the research object and realizing the efficient management of cutting tool product information resources as the goal,this thesis carries out the research on the knowledge base management of cutting tool products based on knowledge graph technology.The main research work and research results can be described as follows:1)The main theories and technologies used in the process of cutting tool product knowledge management are expounded,including knowledge management,knowledge base,ontology,knowledge graph and Neo4 j graphic database storage,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research on knowledge management of cutting tool products.2)The current situation and demand of cutting tool product knowledge management are analyzed,the content and expression of cutting tool product knowledge are studied,and the construction scheme of cutting tool product knowledge base based on knowledge graph is proposed to realize the effective management of cutting tool product data information;3)The construction scheme of cutting tool product knowledge graph is formulated.Firstly,the knowledge system of cutting tool products is constructed as the basis of ontology construction,and then the knowledge acquisition and fusion of cutting tool product data information are carried out;Secondly,the ontology editing tool(protégé)is used to model the cutting tool product knowledge,annotate the ontology model knowledge and resource data information semantically,and then construct the cutting tool product knowledge graph;Finally,the knowledge graph of cutting tools is stored in Neo4 j graphic database.4)A cutting tool product knowledge base system based on knowledge graph is developed,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the theory and method of cutting tool product knowledge management in this thesis.This thesis mainly analyzes the resource data information of cutting tool products and carries out knowledge extraction and fusion.The knowledge of cutting tool products is organized through ontology,and the data information and knowledge of cutting tool products are expressed and managed by using knowledge graph related technologies,and then a semantic-based cutting tool product engineering knowledge base is constructed,which provides a new idea for the exploration of knowledge management in other fields.
