Secondary vocational education is an important part of the basic education system.It plays a major role in promoting the development of the national economy.The development of secondary vocational schools is the most important.Over the past few years,with the continuous development of Chinese machinery industry,advanced technology has springing up,and the demand for employees is higher and higher.This poses great challenges to vocational education in Chinese machinery industry.Tolerance and technology measurement is a basic course of mechanical major in secondary vocational schools.It plays a role in laying a foundation for subsequent professional courses in the curriculum system.Because of the backwardness of the curriculum model,the course of tolerance coordination and technology measurement developed in recent years is difficult to meet the needs of the enterprise.In order to speed up our modernization drive,promote the economic development of the region,meet the needs of enterprises and cultivate skilled and applied talents,we adopt the curriculum model of working process systematization to redevelop the course of tolerance and technology measurement.First of all,a survey of secondary vocational schools has been carried out to understand the current situation of this course and to find out the specific problems in the course of the course in terms of objectives,content,implementation and evaluation.The enterprises in the machinery industry in this area were investigated to understand the needs of enterprises for this course.An expert meeting was held to screen out typical tasks completed by this course.Secondly,through the research of typical work tasks,we analyzed the knowledge and ability needed to complete the typical tasks,and combined with the analysis of subjects and students,we made the goal of curriculum.Thirdly,according to the course objectives,the course content is selected and organized,and the curriculum standards are formulated and five learning situations are designed.Finally,the strategy of curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation is put forward.
