| Advanced technology plays an important role in promoting economic development.In recent years,China has also begun to encourage enterprises to carry out technological innovation.As an important part of the national economic system,small and medium-sized enterprises can obtain more sufficient development vitality through deepening innovative technology,so as to promote the development of the national economy.In this study,the baby stroller products of HZ company,which is a leader in the baby durable goods industry,are selected as the research object.Through a detailed introduction and in-depth excavation and analysis of the current situation of baby stroller product innovation of HZ company,it is concluded that the main problems existing in baby stroller product innovation of HZ company are "single product innovation mode" "Single dimension of product innovation","low conversion rate of product innovation achievements" and "low enthusiasm of employees for innovation".In terms of innovation mode,through the analysis of general innovation mode and the existing innovation organization and innovation mode of HZ company,it is concluded that the innovation mode is single.In terms of innovation dimension,based on the analysis of the patent situation of HZ company in recent ten years and the baby stroller product line of HZ company,it is concluded that its innovation dimension is single.In terms of the conversion rate of product innovation achievements,it is concluded that the conversion rate of product innovation achievements is low by analyzing the comparison of the number of projects and opening modules in recent ten years and the annual sales data of baby strollers in recent eight years.Finally,in terms of the innovation status of employees,it is mainly through the questionnaire survey that the innovation enthusiasm of employees in HZ company is not high.Then,according to the domestic and foreign product innovation theory,product innovation management theory and product life cycle theory,this thesis deeply analyzes the reasons for these current situations,and comes to four main reasons: "the mechanism of external cooperative innovation has not been established","the structure of talents is single" "The transformation mechanism of product innovation achievements is imperfect" and "the assessment and incentive mechanism of product innovation is imperfect".In terms of innovation mechanism,it only relies on the company’s R ＆ D and design personnel for independent innovation,lacks communication and exchange with the outside world,and does not establish a mechanism for cooperative innovation with the outside world.In terms of talents,HZ company mainly recruits and reserves talents based on the mechanical specialty,while ignoring the absorption and training of other relevant specialties,resulting in the single talent structure of the company.Due to the lack of incentive mechanism for the transformation of innovation achievements in the process of product development and the imperfect system of product innovation and development management,the transformation mechanism of product innovation achievements of the company is imperfect.In the assessment of product innovation of developers and designers,there is a great subjectivity,and there is a lack of perfect assessment and incentive mechanism.By analyzing the existing problems of HZ company and combining the characteristics of product innovation and the actual situation of HZ company,the following solutions are put forward,which are "improving the innovation strength of internal and external products","improving the reasonable talent structure","improving the transformation and incentive mechanism of product innovation achievements","improving the assessment and incentive mechanism of product innovation",It is hoped that it can be a reference to improve the problems existing in the baby stroller product innovation process of HZ company.Through the case study of the baby stroller product innovation of HZ company,under the great environment of the country’s vigorous development of scientific and technological innovation,I hope it can have a certain reference and reference significance for the same type of enterprises in product innovation!... |
