In recent years,China has made great progress in many fields.However,from overall view,Developed countries have stronger technical innovation management capabilities than China.These gaps are mainly concentrated on the lack of technological innovation.,insufficient investment in technological innovation and lack of management of technological innovation.GK also faces this series of problems.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to analyze the technical innovation management of GK,find out the problems of the company and give corresponding optimization management plans and implementation safeguard measures.At the same time,I hope that the research in this paper can give some enterprises a certain reference value for technological innovation management.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,experience summarization method,enterprise survey research method and internal and external environmental analysis method,with GK company as the research object of technology innovation management,combining technology innovation management theory and technical innovation management experience of domestic and foreign excellent enterprises to GK company.Analysis of technological innovation management,through analysis,found that GK company currently has a lack of technological innovation management system,technical innovation strategy lags behind,technological innovation management mechanism is rigid,process innovation management chaos and innovative talent loss and shortage.In view of the various problems of the company’s technology innovation management,this paper designs the optimization plan of GK company’s technology innovation management from seven aspects.First of all,to establish the goal and principle of GK’s technology innovation management optimization,to improve the company’s technological innovation management capabilities and industry competitiveness,adhere to the market demand-oriented,technological innovation to promote the company’s product innovation as the principle;second,to optimize The company’s technology innovation management,GK company should build the company’s technology innovation management system,from the transformation of technology innovation strategy,optimization of technology innovation project decision-making mechanism,enhance the company’s technological innovation management capabilities,optimize process innovation management capabilities and strengthen innovative human resources management,etc.In particular,GK companies should implement the technology innovation management optimization program in strict accordance with the requirements.In order to complete the implementation of the program,the company should provide protection from the aspects of system,organization,talents and information construction.Among them,the system is the core guarantee for implementing the technology innovation management optimization program,and is the key to ensuring the scientific and sustainable management of the company’s technological innovation management;the organization is the basic guarantee for the company to implement the technology innovation management optimization program,and is the basis for ensuring the company’s technological innovation activities.Talent is the driving force for the company to implement the technology innovation management optimization program.The improvement of the company’s technological innovation management ability is inseparable from the talent guarantee;the information construction is the efficiency guarantee of the company’s implementation of the technology innovation management optimization program,and the company’s technology innovation management is efficient.It is based on the company’s informatization construction.
