Among the many error sources affecting the measurement results of gear measurement center,thermal error is an important factor that cannot be ignored.As people pay more attention to the quality of gear products,gear measurement center is increasingly applied to the production site.Comparing with the traditional measuring room,at the production site,the ambient temperature changes greatly and the temperature distribution is complex.So the gear measuring center produces complex thermal deformation,which has a great impact on the measurement results.In order to analyze the thermal deformation of gear measuring center in real production environment,a finite element analysis method based on measured temperature is used in this study.The temperature field and deformation field of gear measuring center are simulated and analyzed,and the finite element model is verified by thermal error detection experiment.The main work includes the following aspects:On the basis of studying the mechanical structure and working principle of the gear measuring center,its thermal characteristics are analyzed,and the heat source and thermal deformation parameters affecting the measurement accuracy are analyzed and studied.For solving the problem that the temperature field around gear measuring center is complicated and it is difficult to calculate theoretically,a finite element analysis theory based on measured temperature is used.The whole environmental temperature field information of gear measuring center is obtained by measured temperature and multiple regression method.The finite element loading is carried out in the form of ANSYS parametric design language.In this study,the finite element simulation model of gear measuring center is established in ANSYS software.Based on the finite element analysis theory of measured temperature,the thermal structure coupling simulation analysis of gear measuring center under the influence of environmental temperature is carried out.The temperature and thermal deformation of gear measuring center under room temperature and constant temperature are obtained by simulation.According to the simulation results,the influence of thermal deformation on the eccentricity of the top and bottom of the gear measuring center and the position error of the probe is analyzed,which provides data support and theoretical basis for the structural design and thermal error compensation of the gear measuring center.The temperature and thermal deformation detection system of gear measuring center is constructed by hardware selection and software design to verify the finite element simulation model based on measured temperature.The synchronous detection experiment of temperature and thermal deformation data are carried out on the C40 gear measuring center,and the simulation results are compared with the experimental data of thermal deformation.The results show that the change trend of the two is basically the same,which proves the correctness of the finite element analysis method and simulation model.
