| As a kind of drive component, gears have been widely used in all the mechanism, andits wheel teeth geometry accuracy has had a direct impact on its drive functions, thus,the gear accuracy needs to be inspected.CNC Gear Measuring Center is a new type of gear measuring instrument with theintegration of machinery and electronics, which is composed of computer system,measuring/control system and mechanical system, featuring high measuring accuracyand convenient function generation.On the gear accuracy inspection, this paper took CNC gear measuring center as anexample to have studied the main errors. Meanwhile, based on deep analysis of errordevelopment and electronic generation principle, it also made a study of measuring andcontrol software of the gear measuring center, and stated its main functions, generaloveral design and main modular design principle of the software. Use VC++ programelanguages, to develop a set of complete gear measuring software, and to realize themeasuring for the tooth profile deviation, helix deviation and tooth pitch deviation. Itsapplication shows that the measuring and controlling software features easy operation,high automation and good man-machine interface. |
