| Garment sewing workshop is an essential place for garment production.Under the demand of small-lot,multi-style,and short-cycle garment orders,in addition to requiring production managers to be able to formulate more reasonable production tasks and improve the rapid response capability of the assembly line,the managers are also required to make accurate judgments on the implementation process of the assembly line,to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency.After the garment production plan is confirmed,the production management personnel will arrange the production tasks according to the garment style garments’ process flow,solve the bottlenecks that occur during the production process,and schedule the production tasks and personnel to ensure the delivery of the production tasks.The study provides a more reasonable production task pre-production virtual simulation visualization method to realize the analysis of process preparation and personnel allocation rationality.This shortens the actual production beat debugging and enhances the feasibility of production planning.Garment sewing process scheduling,staffing,and beat management are complex issues.Most of the research related to garment production tasks and staffing is currently focused on optimizing production task preparation under specific styles and conditions.It cannot effectively analyze the rationality of multi-style change conditions.Therefore,this paper utilizes the 3D virtual simulation method to build a 3D virtual simulation system of garment production workshop based on the modular selection of style garments,process arrangement,personnel skills configuration,production simulation,and other functions in one for the single-piece assembly line production mode of garment production.This paper introduces the research background,analyzes the research status of production line preparation and simulation technology,and summarizes and concludes the types of garment production lines.It outlines the main influencing factors in production line scheduling,including production beat setting,staffing,and production balancing.By introducing the main functions of modeling software and simulation software and the comparative analysis of modeling software,it is determined that 3Dmax software is applied to model and render physical entities such as flat sewing machine,ironing table,hanging,conveyor belt,material frame,and shelf.The Unity3 D simulation software converts the model format and builds the scene.This study conducts UI interface design and system functional model logic for process preparation,staffing,task execution,and production management.The paper adopts Visual Studio assembly software to develop an apparel production floor simulation system with process order acquisition,automatic process preparation,and feedback models.The article uses the virtual simulation system to simulate the single-piece flow and two single-piece flow production schemes for the two products of pattern one and pattern two running in the garment production plant.It tests the functions of the virtual simulation system,such as style process information,style diagram information calls,and production task scheduling.It confirms the effectiveness and practicality of this simulation system. |
