| For a long time,there are few studies on the waist and buttocks of the elderly men,and there are some differences between the somatotype of the elderly men and the somatotype of the young men.Therefore,the morphological classification of waist and buttocks of elderly men,the optimization design of trouser version and the establishment of somatotype prediction model have certain practical significance.The contents of the study are as follows:First,carry on the human body three-dimensional data measurement and preliminary processing.A non-contact three-dimensional body scanner was used to measure 130 men aged 60-75 years old.Through screening,37 size parameters were preliminarily determined.Through singularity test and normality test,the effective sample size was determined to be129.Through correlation analysis,it was found that there was a more obvious correlation between variables in the same direction,and there was a high correlation between circumference and width and thickness.For example,the correlation coefficient between waist circumference and abdominal circumference is 0.967.Second,analyzing the somatotype parameters.Carry on the basic statistical analysis to the data,so as to understand the parameters of the elderly men in detail.The values of waist circumference,abdominal circumference and hip circumference are large,and the standard deviation of each parameter is small,indicating that the discretization of sample data is small and concentrated.From the morphological point of view,the mean value of the sagittaltransverse diameter ratio of waist,abdomen and buttocks is more than 0.7,and the waist even reaches 0.8,which shows that the cross-sectional shape is very full.Abdominal protuberance is obvious.According to the ratio of maximum abdominal kyphosis to waist height,abdominal kyphosis can be divided into low abdominal kyphosis,middle abdominal kyphosis and high abdominal kyphosis,in order to show the different position of abdominal protrusion.Third,the waist and buttocks are classified and characterized.The optimal clustering number is determined to be 4.18 parameter variables directly related to buttocks were selected,and the mean clustering analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS analysis software.129 human waist and buttocks were divided into moderate body,slightly fat body and fat body type.The models of all kinds of intermediates were repaired by the reverse engineering software-Geomagic Studio2014 to characterize the shape of four kinds of waist and hip types.Fourth,establishing the regression model and drawing the trouser pattern.Through factor analysis and regression analysis,a regression model with hip circumference,waist height and straight crotch length as independent variables is established.According to the regression equation,the specific parameters of other variables can be obtained,such as the regression equation between waist circumference y and hip circumference x1 is: y=1.417x1-48.012.The regression equation was used to solve all kinds of somatotype parameters,and four kinds of old male trousers patterns were drawn preliminarily.Fifth,fitting virtually and adjusting version.All kinds of intermediate mannequins and trouser patterns are imported into CLO 3D software for virtual fitting,and 20 test points of pressure and stress are determined in the key parts of the lower body.The effect of virtual fitting is evaluated from the dimensions of appearance effect,fit effect,virtual pressure,stress and deformation.The amount of gap,pressure value and stress value are taken as the basis of layout optimization,and the pattern is finally determined.Sixth,establishing a somatotype prediction model.Using the neural network toolbox of Matlab software and calling the newff function,a waist and hip shape prediction model based on BP neural network is established to predict the data of elderly men with unknown body.The test accuracy is 93.75%,indicating that the model can effectively help elderly men to quickly identify their own body type,so as to select the appropriate trouser version.This topic is based on the actual clothing needs of elderly men,and the research results can provide data basis and reference basis for the design and development of elderly men’s trouser products to meet the needs of clothing customization and mass production for the elderly.At the same time,it can also achieve the purpose of fit and comfort for elderly men,and improve the dress well-being of the elderly. |
