The disruptive business changes and the demand for new scenes catalyzed by the spread of the epidemic have had a huge impact on the development of the fashion industry,but it has also greatly inspired the future development of the industry and has accelerated the ecological process of the clothing industry.Facing the predicament full of uncertainty,the fashion industry urgently needs to transform and upgrade in the direction of digitization,diversification,personalized and sustainability.In addition,governments of various countries have made legally binding new global agreements on climate change at many international conferences,and China's solemn goals such as carbon peaking and carbon neutrality have also given the opportunity to transform and upgrade the fashion industry based on the concept of sustainable development.The introduction of 3D printing technology is the beginning of a new model of fashion design empowered by digital tools.The combination of sustainable fashion innovation based on digital technology and detachable structure design techniques in clothing design can not only meet the emotional needs of consumers and the need for personal product experience,but also meet the practical needs of the transformation and upgrading of the fashion industry.This subject focuses on the application of 3D printing technology based on flexible TPU in the design of detachable women's wear.Using literature research method,image collection method,physical analysis method,and design practice method,the 3D printing technology based on flexible TPU and the related situation of detachable structure are summarized.The advantages of 3D printing based on flexible TPU in the field of fashion are explained,and its application principles in clothing design are summarized,and the design methodology related to the structure is summarized from a theoretical perspective.Based on the concept of sustainability and the demand for personal design,the relationship between 3D printing based on flexible TPU and detachable structured women's wear are researched in depth,and the feasibility and advantages of3 D printing based on flexible TPU in detachable women's wear design are studied in terms of both flat graphics and three-dimensional shapes.This research takes sustainable fashion as the starting point,uses 3D printing based on flexible TPU to create the effect of bionic plant veins and flower meridians.This series evokes the thinking of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.At the same time,combined with the detachable structure of the clothing design method,the clothing can be detached and added to change the style and function of the clothing,so that the clothing has different styles and multiple dressing methods,and this also extends the life cycle of clothing,which meeting the consumer demand for diversified,personalized and sustainable clothing.Taking the production process of graduation design works as an example,the theoretical derivation results are applied to prove that3 D printing based on flexible TPU can be applied to the design of detachable women's wear.Finally,the research results of this article show that the 3D printing technology based on flexible TPU is mature,and its application in detachable women's wear can not only achieve partial decoration,but also meet the realistic needs of sustainable innovation in the fashion industry.
