Research On Pattern Thread Of Ancient Chinese Weaving Technology

In the splendid treasure house of Chinese civilization,ancient Chinese weaving technology is a bright pearl.A large number of silk products woven in China are exported to foreign countries and become a window for overseas countries to understand Chinese culture and learn ancient Chinese weaving technology.The development of ancient Chinese weaving technology has also played an important role in promoting the development of the world's textile industry.Under the background of the comprehensive revival of Chinese traditional culture and the major national strategy of the Belt and Road,it is of profound social significance to study the ancient Chinese weaving technology.In this paper,the pattern thread in ancient Chinese weaving process as the research object,in a large number of collection of previous literature,and on the basis of field research,in the process of combing the development history of ancient Chinese textile machine,the pattern thread mode of various types of looms and the pattern thread of each period are studied.In addition,from the perspective of Shu brocade,Yun brocade and other famous fabric types in the history of ancient Chinese textile,this paper comprehensively studies the pattern thread characteristics of representative brocade,and then reveals the relationship between pattern thread and loom,as well as the role of ancient Chinese traditional culture and historical development in the change of pattern thread style,so that readers can more comprehensively understand the pattern thread technology in ancient Chinese weaving technology.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which is the theoretical origin of the full text.It analyzes the background of the topic selection,and points out the theoretical and practical significance of this research.The most important part is the summary analysis of previous studies,and learns from and draws on the results of previous studies.In addition,it points out the difficulties of this study,and points out the innovation of this study.The second chapter is the earliest loom in ancient China,that is,the study of the original waist machine.From the history of the original waist machine and the weaving method,it leads to the emergence of the pattern thread thought.From this historical period,the flower-based boarded the historical stage.The emergence of the mainly has the following harvest:First,various types of looms in ancient China were always in the process of continuous exploration and renewal,and the progress of looms led to the renewal of pattern thread technology.Secondly,ancient Chinese weaving technology includes many processes,among which the flower-based process is the most exquisite,which is directly related to the aesthetic degree of the fabric.However,the progress of pattern thread process cannot be separated from the continuous improvement and innovation of looms.Therefore,the progress and development of looms and flowers are complementary,and the development of the two are inseparable.The progress of looms and the continuous improvement of pattern thread technology have promoted the progress of ancient weaving technology in China,making China's weaving technology always in a leading position in the world.The research in this paper makes up for the current lack of special research on pattern thread in theory.In practice,it helps to promote the combination of pattern thread and modern information technology,find the similarities between the two in the binary,convert the flower pattern into computer program,inherit the traditional Chinese civilization in inheritance and innovation,and contribute to the implementation and promotion of the national' Belt and Road 'strategy.
