This paper mainly studies the photocatalytic difluoroalkylation of olefin,Nheterocyclic carbene boriding,including the following three chapters:The first chapterIn this chapter,we divided into two sections to introduce the method of photocatalytic difluoroalkylation of olefin and construct tetrafluoroethyl structure.Visible light induced difluoroalkylation has become an effective strategy for synthesis of organofluoride in the past few years.The first section summarizes the research progress of different types of photocatalytic difluoroalkylation reactions from the aspects of hydro-difluoroalkylation,halo-difluoroalkylation,cyano-difluoroalkylation,oxy-difluoroalkylation,etc.Furthermore,compounds containing tetrafluoroethyl structure have been widely used in medicine,polymer materials,liquid crystal materials and other fields.The second section introduces the synthesis methods of tetrafluoroethyl structure in details.The second chapterSince there are few methods to synthesize tetrafluoroethyl ketone esters,we developed a photocatalytic method to construct tetrafluoroethyl ?-ketone ester by difluoroalkylation of difluoroenolsilane.A series of polyfluorones,tetrafluoroethyl esters and amides were synthesized efficiently under mild conditions,and the radical process was supposed by adding radical trapping agent and electrochemistry.At the same time,2-phenylpyridazine could be obtained by defluorination cyclization of the target product and hydrazine hydrate.The third chapterIn this chapter,we preliminarily explore the photocatalytic synthesis method of styrene borides with N-heterocyclic carbene borides and cinnamic acid.Since styrenelike borides are generally obtained by the borohydrization of alkynes with metal catalysts,we want to develop a method that could be catalyzed by non-metallic catalysts.We have carried out a number of optimized reactions,but the yield is low and does not have the chance of practical application,which needs to be further screened and optimized.
