At present,most of the wastewater treatment in the concentrator is simple precipitation and reuse.After several times of reuse,the separation efficiency will be greatly reduced,and the polluted wastewater needs to be discharged.Moreover,there are still some problems in the sewage treatment process,such as manual control,low efficiency,and no circulation of water quality information and production business data information.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a set of automatic control and data interaction system for mineral processing wastewater treatment.According to the characteristics of wastewater treatment in a lead-zinc mine concentrator,DCS control system and intelligent control algorithm are selected to study the automation system of mineral processing wastewater.With the help of mobile phone wechat program and database technology,the problems of interactive communication between water quality information and production process data are solved,and the intelligent automatic control of mineral processing wastewater is realized:(1)Taking the mineral processing wastewater treatment as the research object of the automatic integrated control system,the process equipment and process control points required for the treatment of lead-zinc mineral processing wastewater are systematically studied S7-1500 sets up the DCS control system of mineral processing wastewater treatment,uses portal and Win CC to compile the mineral processing wastewater control software,collects the working status of control equipment and water treatment indicators in real time,reduces the labor intensity of personnel and improves the efficiency of mineral processing wastewater treatment.(2)Due to the inherent control lag and large fluctuation of control index in the non-linear links of pH regulation and aeration in mineral processing wastewater treatment,the traditional PID control is complex in setting,poor in control effect and weak in anti-interference ability.Through the simulation of its control process,the neural network combined with adaptive PID algorithm is studied for the controller design of mineral processing wastewater treatment,and MATLAB software is used The S-function is used to build the abp-pid controller of pH regulation and aeration,so as to realize the simulation analysis of the control system performance,and verify the effectiveness and superiority of the selected control algorithm.In addition,in order to reduce the adverse impact of water quality changes on wastewater treatment,ARMA model is used to predict the water quality changes of mineral processing wastewater in time,and the prediction error is small,which can be used to guide the optimization of production control of mineral processing wastewater treatment.(3)Based on the DCS system of mineral processing wastewater,using cloud service database storage and DTU,the small program of mineral processing wastewater treatment is developed to realize remote monitoring of remote mineral processing wastewater plant.Based on the new BIM Technology,the 3D visualization information modeling of wastewater treatment process is completed,and the 3D model of mineral processing wastewater engineering is used to view.The automation system designed in this paper runs normally on site,and the simulation test verifies the optimal control effect of neural network control.Wechat mini program and BIM model run well.The intelligent automatic control system of mineral processing wastewater provides a safe,reliable and economic technical basis for efficient control of tailings water resources.
