Reseaching Of Process Optimization And Technical Improvement Of Air Separation Unit

In recent years,heat stress has become one of the main factors affecting livestock production,causing significant losses to the aquaculture industry.Chaihuang oral liquid consisting of Chinese herbal medicines such as Bupleurum and Astragalus membranaceus has the function of clearing heat and dampness.It is used to prevent the increase of body temperature caused by high temperature and high humidity,lack of energy and food,and the curative effect is exact and effective.The subject studied the production process,quality and stability of Chaihuang oral liquid and conducted pilot production.(1)Screening appropriate medicinal materials,and determining the variety and origin of medicinal materials: Determine the use of North Bupleurum in Gansu and Huangqi in Shanxi for research and large-scale production.(2)The extraction process of Bupleurum and Astragalus membranaceus and the preparation process of Chaihuang oral liquid were studied separately,and the suitable process was selected for pilot production,and the feasibility and stability of the process were verified.This project identified the production process of Chaihuang oral liquid as:Bupleurum,Astragalus membranaceus,Bupleurum 500 g,Astragalus 500 g.The simmered scallions are boiled twice,each time with 10 times the amount of water,and decocted for 1hour.The decocting solution is filtered,the filtrate is combined,concentrated to a relative density of 1.15 to 1.17(60℃),and the p H is adjusted to 2.0 by adding sulfuric acid.Incubate at 60℃ for 30 minutes,let stand for 3 h,filter the precipitate,wash with ethanol to p H 4.0,dry at 60℃ to moisture ≤ 5.0%,spare;Bupleurum plus 8 times the amount of water,soak for 30 minutes,heat to reflux 1 hour,800 ml of the initial distillate was collected by steam distillation,and 80 ml of the distillate was re-distilled and collected for use;the decoction of Bupleurum chinense collected after the initial distillate was filtered,and the filtered residue was further added 8 times water,decoct for 1 hour,filter the decoction,combine the two filtrates,concentrate to a relative density of 1.14 ～ 1.16(60℃);add the above Astragalus membranaceus extract,adjust the p H to 5.6 ～ 5.8,add water to about 900 ml,refrigerate 48 hours,add Bupleurum heavy distillate,add 3g sodium benzoate,add water to 1000 ml,stir well,filter,fill,get.(3)The product has been reviewed for quality standards to ensure product quality.(4)The stability and packaging compatibility of Chaihuang oral liquid preparations were studied,and the stability of the preparation was determined to ensure the stability,safety and effectiveness of the drug after long-term placement.The research shows that the Chaihuang oral liquid produced by this subject is stable under normal temperature for24 months.The production process of Chaihuang oral liquid involves the optimization of the screening and extraction process of medicinal materials,and further verified by pilot production and stability test.The final preparation process is reasonable and feasible,the quality is controllable,the quality of finished products is stable,and the requirements of industrialized production are met.
