| With the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the urban population continues to increase,the scale of sewage treatment is increasing,the amount of sludge brought by the sewage treatment process is constantly increasing,and improper disposal of sludge will cause serious impacts on the environment.At the same time,with the continuous progress and development of society,traditional sludge disposal methods and processes have been unable to meet the current needs of sustainable development and environmental protection in the society.The problem of sludge disposal in urban sewage treatment has gradually become the current urban sustainable development.The first problem that needs to be solved urgently in the course of development.The sludge disposal industry is an emerging industry in China,and the disposal technology and experience are not mature.There are mainly practical problems such as incomplete technical standards,construction processes and construction specifications,and a shortage of professional and technical personnel.Therefore,sludge disposal in sewage treatment plants The project faces great risks.The thesis takes the sludge disposal project of the sewage treatment plant in Q City as the research object,and carries out risk management on the whole process of project implementation through risk identification,risk analysis and risk response,in order to avoid the risks existing in the process from project establishment to construction implementation.And through the research and analysis of the sludge disposal project of the sewage treatment plant in Q city,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The sludge disposal technology of the sewage treatment plant in Q City is conplicated and play an important role in environment,economy stustainable delelopment.(2)The risks involved in the sludge disposal process are:project risk,design risk,construction risk,financial risk,human resources risk and operating risk;(3)The occurrence of risks is costly for the project construction.The purpose of risk management is to reduce or minimize the risk costs.The methods that can effectively reduce the risk costs in the sludge disposal risk response are:evasion,transfer,mitigation and prevent.The purpose of this study is to identify,analyze,and respond to construction risks faced by the sludge disposal project in the sewage treatment plant in Q City,with a view to identifying effective methods for the sludge disposal risk management and control for the sludge in Q city sewage treatment plant.The implementation of the disposal project provides risk management and control strategies and recommendations,thereby promoting the continuous improvement of China’s sludge disposal level. |
