Study On The Management Strategy Of Urban Household Garbage In Shulan Of Jilin

With the rapid economic development,the increasing urban population,and the acceleration of urbanization,the amount of urban domestic waste is also growing.More and more cities have to face the problem of “garbage besieged city”,and the rapidly increasing urban domestic garbage is not only It destroys the ecological environment and threatens human health.Properly handling urban domestic waste can not only realize the effective use of resources,maintain the urban human settlement ecological environment,but also weaken the harm caused by urban domestic garbage to residents’ health.How to solve the problems in the process of collecting,transporting and handling urban domestic garbage in combination with the reality of urban development has become a realistic and urgent task.Although the ecological civilization construction in China has achieved remarkable results in recent years,the ecological environmental protection work still has a long way to go.To build an ecological civilization and achieve environmental protection,we must do a good job in the management of urban domestic waste.This paper has conducted in-depth analysis and research on the treatment of urban domestic waste in Shulan city,including the following contents:In the first place,using literature reading methods,I have reviewed many domestic and foreign literatures and materials,the literature and theory on the management of domestic waste are summarized and provided theoretical support for the argumentation of this paper.Secondly,based on the research on the status quo of municipal solid waste treatment in Shulan city,it points out the problems and causes of urban domestic waste treatment in Shulan city,and introduces the experience of waste control at home and abroad.Finally,from the four aspects of governance subject,governance,governance process and governance mechanism,Shulan City urban domestic waste control strategy was constructed,and the safeguard measures for urban domestic waste control strategy in Shulan City were further proposed.
