At the same time, through the analysis of the practice of Taipei urban livinggarbage governance, compared to the situation in Guangzhou to give enlightenment, Suggestthe government of Guangzhou should speed up legislation to improve the waste management,form a complete set of laws and regulations and to form a unified administration to improvethe current situation of garbage treatment in Guangzhou by further proceed with the garbageclassification， promoting Guangzhou urban living garbage reduction, recycling andharmless.
