| In recent years,the Yangtze River Economic Belt has gradually become a strategic implementation area for China’s new round of reform and opening up.While the agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is developing rapidly,there are also problems such as the abuse of pesticides and fertilizers,the backwardness of agricultural production technology,and serious pollution in agriculture and rural areas.Taking the research on the impact of agricultural green technology innovation on agroecological efficiency as the starting point,the main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,using the Super-SBM method based on undesired output to measure the agricultural ecology of the 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006 to 2015 Efficiency level.Second,establish an overall panel regression model to study the overall impact of agricultural green technology innovation on agro-ecological efficiency.Thirdly,the panel threshold regression model is established.The intensity of environmental regulation and the level of regional economic development are selected as threshold variables.The changes of the impact of agricultural green technology innovation on agro-ecological efficiency under different environmental regulation intensity and economic development level in different regions are discussed.According to the empirical results,the conclusions drawn from this paper are: agricultural green technology innovation has a significant positive impact on agricultural eco-efficiency;when the environmental regulation intensity is between 1.12%-1.57%,agricultural green technology innovation is agro-ecological efficiency.The degree of influence is the greatest;the higher the level of regional economic development,the greater the impact of agricultural green technology innovation on agro-ecological efficiency.When the per capita GDP of the region is higher than 42754 yuan,the impact of agricultural green technology innovation on agroecological efficiency is the greatest.Taking 2015 as an example,the environmental regulation intensity of Jiangsu,Jiangxi and Guizhou is only in a reasonable range,and the environmental regulation intensity of other provinces and cities is high or low;Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Hubei,Hunan and Chongqing The per capita GDP has reached 42754 yuan,but the per capita GDP of other provinces and cities is lower than 42754 yuan,which is not conducive to the positive role of agricultural green technology innovation.In view of the research conclusions of this paper,this paper intends to give policy recommendations from the perspectives of technological progress,economic development,administrative intervention,urban-rural interaction and ecological protection. |
