| In recent years,China’s agricultural industrialization has developed rapidly,and agricultural listed leading enterprises play a strong promoting role in this process.It has also made an important contribution to improving the level of farmers’ livelihood.However,the situation of irrational development has appeared in some agricultural enterprises.Some problems,such as lack of funds,extensive management,backward technology,lack of environmental protection facilities and comprehensive utilization still exist.The management did not take the impact on agro-ecology into account and carried out a reasonable layout.Therefore,by evaluating the ecological efficiency of agricultural listed leading enterprises,we can understand the degree of coordinated development between enterprises and the environment,which plays an important role in promoting the green,healthy and high-quality development of agriculture and agricultural enterprises.This study summarizes the current research situation of ecological efficiency from the concept,measurement methods and influencing factors.On the basis of constructing the evaluation system of enterprise ecological efficiency,this paper evaluates the ecological efficiency of 35 agricultural listed leading enterprises by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA).Through the inquiry,four influencing factors which include enterprise scale growth ability,ecological innovation investment,company ownership structure and staff quality are selected to conduct a empirical test by using Tobit regression model.The interaction between enterprise management scale and ecological innovation investment has been presented through game model.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the growth of the operating scale of agricultural listed leading enterprises is positively correlated with the ecological efficiency,the level of significance is 1%.Second,influencing factor,ecological innovation investment,is not significant.Through the analysis of the game model,this paper draws the conclusion that expanding the operation scale is an investment activity with a higher rate of return than ecological innovation investment,and the expansion of operation scale has a greater impact on the improvement of the market competitiveness of agricultural listed leading enterprises.When the improvement of the competitiveness of agricultural listed leading enterprises depends more on the enhancement the scale of operation,the manager of the agricultural listed leading enterprise will reduce the investment in ecological innovation.Third,the influence coefficient of corporate ownership structure and enterprise ecological efficiency is positive,but the significance is not strong.The reason may be that the centralization of the ownership structure within a certain range is conducive to the operation and development of the company,but it may also aggravate the embezzlement motivation of the largest shareholder,thus,to some extent,it is injurious to the overall interest of the enterprise.Fourth,the quality of employees is positively related to the ecological efficiency of agricultural listed leading enterprises,the level of significance is 1%.This shows that the quality of employees is an important factor to improve the ecological efficiency of agricultural listed leading enterprises.Based on the conclusions of this paper,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:First,the manager of the agricultural listed leading enterprise can carry out moderate diversifications to enhance future operating strength and long-term operating scale.Second,the government should continuously increase the intensity of policy support for the ecological innovation of agricultural listed leading enterprises,the relevant departments should play the guiding roles in the ecological innovation to support the development of agricultural listed leading enterprises.In this way,a good external atmosphere for the development of the agricultural listed leading enterprise will be created,which will enhance the manager’s confidence in the development of the enterprise.Third,it is necessary to maintain a moderate degree of ownership concentration,at the same time,the protection of the interests of minority shareholders should be attended to.Fourth,the managers of agricultural listed leading enterprises should attach importance to the human resources,increase the intensity of the introduction of talents to improve the level of the operation of the enterprise and the governance of the environment of the enterprise,which leads to promote the ecological efficiency of agricultural listed leading enterprises.From the point of view of the ecological efficiency of enterprises,this paper evaluates the ecological efficiency of agricultural listed leading enterprises and explores the influence mechanism of the ecological efficiency of agricultural listed leading enterprises.On the one hand,it is helpful to improve the ecological efficiency of agricultural listed leading enterprises,on the other hand,it also develops ideas for the sustainability of the development of agricultural listed leading enterprises. |
