Organic fertilizers are commonly used as base fertilizers in citrus orchards in southern Jiangxi,but traditional fertilization methods have high labor intensity and low efficiency,watering navel orange trees with biogas slurry or cake fertilizer rot solution can achieve high quality and high yield for successive years,but its internal biological process and related key parameters of regulation are not clear.In this study,peanut cake meal,rapeseed cake meal and chicken manure were used as organic fertilizer raw materials.The organic fertilizer raw material and water ratio(V/ W),the temperature environment of the dumpling fertilizer,and the addition of exogenous bacterial solution were discussed.The evaluation parameters of the liquid organic fertilizer in the orchard environment are evaluated,and the application method of the liquid organic fertilizer as a fertilizer is evaluated.On this basis,different fertilizer treatments such as inorganic liquid fertilizer,liquid organic fertilizer,and organic-inorganic mixed liquid fertilizer were set as the control without fertilization,the effects of different treatments on the growth,element accumulation and distribution of navel orange young trees,and fruit quality and yield of the fruit trees were studied.The aim is to clarify the relevant technical parameters of the liquid organic fertilizer system under the orchard field conditions,and to clarify the mechanism of its application as a fertilizer for irrigation and growth of navel orange fruit trees.With a view to providing technical support for the development and application of the standard application of liquid organic fertilizer irrigation application in navel orange orchards in hilly mountains.The main findings are as follows:1.The larger the W/V,the higher the total nitrogen content in the liquid phase,but the total nitrogen loss also increases correspondingly in the later stage of the refreshing process.Therefore,the W/V ratio is 1:10.Compared with natural conditions,the greenhouse system can increase the total nitrogen content in the liquid phase of chicken manure and rapeseed cake meal,and shorten the time of peanut cake meal preparation and rot.Compared with the non-inoculation treatment,the conductivity of the organic liquid phase of the inoculant increased,and the p H decreased;the organic liquid nutrient content of rapeseed cake meal increased significantly,while the organic liquid nutrient difference of peanut cake meal was not obvious,all in 60 days to reach the highest.When applied as a liquid fertilizer,the EC value of organic rot rot is less than 3.3m S/cm,and the p H value is between 4.44-8.08.2.Field test results show that,compared with the control,irrigation application ofliquid organic fertilizer significantly increased the dry weight,basal stem,leaf area,SPAD value,spring shoot length,root-to-root ratio of young navel orange trees;compared with inorganic liquid fertilizer treatment compared with that,the basal stem and leaf area of young trees with liquid organic fertilizer navel orange increased significantly.The pure application of animal-source liquid organic fertilizer significantly increased the plant height,basal stem and spring shoot diameter compared with the animal-source organic liquid fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer application,and the increases were 14.1%,4.8%,and 17.0%,respectively;the total biomass,SPAD value,dry weight of underground parts,total length of basal stems,roots,total surface area of roots and the number of root tips of plant-based liquid organic fertilizer were significantly improved.When the number of fertilization is the same,compared with purely applied liquid organic fertilizer of animal origin,the dry weight,SPAD value,total surface area of stalks,roots and total volume of underground parts are significantly increased;plant-based organic liquid fertilizer is combined with chemical fertilizer compared with the organic liquid fertilizer of animal origin combined with the application of chemical fertilizers,the total biomass,basal stems,aboveground biomass,total root length,underground biomass and the number of root tips increased significantly.Compared with pure application of liquid organic fertilizers of animal origin,the total biomass of plant-derived organic liquid fertilizers combined with chemical fertilizers increased significantly,and the number of spring shoot leaves,basal stems,and total root length increased significantly.Plant-derived organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer has the most obvious effect on promoting the growth of navel orange young trees.3.The content of magnesium and calcium in various organs of navel orange young tree is leaf > scion > rootstock > root,and the content of zinc and molybdenum in different organs is root > rootstock > scion > leaf.Compared with inorganic liquid fertilizer,the application of liquid organic fertilizer significantly increased the content of phosphorus,calcium and molybdenum in the leaves of young trees of navel orange,the content of manganese and molybdenum in the scion stem,the content of manganese and zinc in rootstock,and the content of root potassium and calcium.Pure application of liquid organic fertilizer of animal origin is better than that of chemical fertilizers: phosphorus,potassium,boron,copper,zinc,scion,rootstock phosphorus,potassium,calcium,boron,manganese,copper,zinc,root potassium,calcium,manganese,copper,zinc the content of molybdenum is significantly increased;thecontent of phosphorus,magnesium and boron,root phosphorus,potassium,manganese and molybdenum in leaves of plant-derived organic liquid fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer is higher than that of pure plant-derived organic liquid fertilizer.When the number of applications of liquid organic fertilizer is the same,pure application of liquid organic fertilizer of animal origin leaves boron,zinc,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,manganese,zinc of scion stems,boron,copper,zinc of rootstock,root manganese,copper,zinc,molybdenum content significantly increased;plant-derived organic liquid fertilizers combined with chemical fertilizers compared to animal-derived organic liquid fertilizers combined with chemical fertilizers leaves phosphorus,magnesium,boron,copper,scion stem potassium,magnesium,boron,zinc,molybdenum,root phosphorus,magnesium,boron,manganese,copper and molybdenum increased significantly.Plant-derived organic liquid fertilizers combined with chemical fertilizers treated leaf phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium,scion magnesium,rootstock potassium,root phosphorus,potassium,and magnesium content significantly higher than pure animal-derived liquid organic fertilizer.Compared with plant-derived organic liquid fertilizers combined with chemical fertilizers,pure organic animal-derived liquid organic fertilizers treated leaves boron,manganese,zinc,scion stem manganese,copper,zinc,rootstock boron,manganese,copper,zinc,root manganese,copper,zinc,molybdenum content significantly increase.4.The results of applying liquid organic fertilizer for two consecutive years showed that the yield per plant increased significantly,the fruit VC content increased significantly by 11.1%,and the solid acid ratio decreased significantly by 27.8%.,An increase of 12.5%,31.2%,29.8%,and 123.2% respectively over the previous year.Compared with the application of inorganic fertilizers,the thickness of fruit peels reduced by 15.9% in 2019 with organic liquid fertilizer treatment,the content of soluble solids and VC increased significantly,with increases of 7.7% and 14.4%,respectively.
