Research On Green Technology Innovation Effect Of Collaborative Agglomeration Of Manufacturing Industry And Producer Service Industry From The Perspective Of Subject Relationship

Through the development of manufacturing industry and producer service industry in a certain geographical scope,it can provide a practical guarantee for breaking the local development path dilemma and realizing the integration of fragmentation path of ecological burden and pressure reduction.However,due to the differences in the economic and technological relations between manufacturing industry and producer services industry,there is a comparative motivation of "performance view" among local governments in different enterprise agglomeration areas,so there is uncertainty in the path of collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing industry and producer services industry to promote local green technology innovation.In order to better realize the three-dimensional unification of "economic development" and "ecology" and "humanity",this paper explores the optimal industrial scale and the boundary between government and enterprise to promote the green technology innovation effect by industrial collaborative agglomeration from the perspective of the relationship between the strength and weakness of all kinds of subjects in the collaborative agglomeration layout,so as to improve the energy of current upgrading elements Economic operation efficiency has important theoretical and practical significance.Different from the previous research routes,this paper takes the strength of the subject relationship as an important starting point,integrates it with the collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing industry and producer service industry,takes green technology innovation as the inspection standard,and uses 261 cities in the mainland of China from 2004 to 2017 based on three scenarios: the main economic relationship between industries,the main technical relationship between industries,and the main collaborative relationship between local governments Based on the sample data,this paper empirically discusses the influence of collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing industry and producer service industry on the effect of green technology innovation.(1)The results show that under the guidance of strong inter industry economic relations,the collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing industry and producer service industry can promote the occurrence of green technology innovation;(2)The estimation results from the perspective of technological relationship between industrial entities show that the green technological innovation effect of collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing industry and producer service industry is significant,no matter the technological relationship between strong or weak entities,but the difference of green technologicalinnovation effect shows that the producer service industry and manufacturing industry directly participate in "pollution emission output" and "technological innovation contribution" The green innovation effect of industry collaborative agglomeration is more prominent.(3)The results of green technology innovation of collaborative agglomeration in the context of strong and weak relationship between local government subjects show that when the relationship between local government subjects changes from strong link(strong collaboration and weak competition)to weak link(weak collaboration and strong competition),the green technology innovation of collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing industry and producer service industry has declined.(4)Based on the matching calculation of the optimal innovation effect of green technology and the scale of industrial collaborative agglomeration,it can be found that: in the process of the relationship between local governments from strong link to weak link(manifested as a practical trend of local governments from strong collaboration to weak collaboration,weak competition to strong competition),in order to achieve the best in the region The effect of green technology innovation,the scale of collaborative agglomeration of manufacturing industry and producer service industry in the region presents a "U-shaped" relationship,which first declines and then rises.Combined with the conclusions of this study,this paper considers that promoting green technology innovation through industrial collaborative agglomeration is an ideal operation mechanism,and the interference of the relationship between the strength and weakness of the main body cannot be ignored.Therefore,when making relevant policies,the government as the decision-making body should not only combine the local endowment reality more,take measures according to local conditions,flexibly deal with the impact of strong and weak industrial relations on the green production performance,to maximize the output under existing resources,but also diversify the local performance inspection system because the central government is cautious about the strong competition between local governments In order to reduce the mismatch of factors and the loss of economic efficiency,we should guide the local government to change from production-oriented to service-oriented.
