| In the fast-developing Internet era,market information is spreading faster,commodity prices are more transparent,and customers’ bargaining power is getting higher,the requirements for product providers are also increasing.Companies need to continue realize the pursuit and expectations of internal employees to maintain a talent base while meeting the needs of external customers.Research on and discuss how Changsha Zhanhong Chemical Co.,Ltd.meet the huge challenges brought by the emergence of new business models to traditional industrial distributors under the pressure of internal and foreign affairs through the review and change of development strategy,is of great significance.In this article,a small and micro enterprise that distributes industrial equipment lubricants——Changsha Zhanhong Chemical Co.,Ltd.is the research object.Based on the strategic management theory and scholars’ research about the chemical industry and enterprise strategic management,We use the PEST analysis method to analyze the company’s macro environment including political,economic,social,and technical environments at first,and then use Porter’s five-force model to analyze threaten potential entrants,bargaining power of suppliers,and the ability of substitute products,the buyer’s bargaining power and the status of the industry’s competition.Finally,SWOT analysis was used to objectively evaluate the company’s competitive advantages and disadvantages,as well as the external opportunities and threats the company will meet.Based on a comprehensive understanding of the company’s development environment,the company’s development mission and vision were sorted out,and the company’s future strategic goals were determined.The company’s strategic development path was determined from three aspects: the company layer,the business layer,and the functional layer.In order to ensure that the strategic goals will be achieved,this article also clarifies the steps of the strategy trial,estimates the obstacles that may be encountered in the promotion of the strategy and the necessary safeguard measures,anticipates of the effect of the strategy implementation are given at the end.Based on a full analysis of the actual situation of Changsha Zhanhong Chemical Co.,Ltd.,this article specifically formulated the company’s future development strategy and supporting implementation and guarantee system.It not only pointed out the direction the enterprise’s and employees’ development,but also provided ideas and methods for small and large enterprises to take advantage of the meager profits and embark on the road of healthy development. |
