Abstract/Summary:
The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is a major development strategy put forward by the state, which has great guiding significance for the common development of economic society and environmental protection of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. In order to explore the energy consumption carbon footprint and the ecological pressure of carbon footprint of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei and the corresponding influencing factors,on the basis of extensive data collection, the energy consumption carbon footprint and ecological pressure of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei from 2004 to 2017 were analyzed. The analysis is carried out from the perspective of vertical time series and horizontal region comparison, and the influencing factors are decomposed and analyzed. Finally,it puts forward targeted suggestions and measures,in order to provide reference and reference for alleviating the pressure on the ecological environment of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.First of all, basing on the analysis of energy consumption carbon emissions of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, the total energy consumption carbon footprint and carbon footprint structure are calculated. The energy consumption structure dominated by coal has led to high carbon emissions, which has led to the double increase of carbon footprint. At the same time, the carbon footprint of coal consumption far exceeds that of oil and gas consumption. However, for the internal part of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, the trend and structure of carbon footprints are still quite different.Based on the calculation of carbon footprint, energy intensity, energy consumption structure, economic development level, industrial structure and urbanization level are selected as the influencing factors, and the STIRPAT model is used for ridge regression analysis of the data. The regression results show that the above influencing factors have a positive effect on per capita carbon footprint, and the energy con sumption intensity has the greatest impact, followed by economic development water Energy consumption structure, industrial structure and urbanization level. The following grey correlation verification further confirmed the rationality of the conclusion. At the same time,in order to further analysis the ecological effect of carbon footprint, the ecological pressure of carbon footprint in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei was analyzed and factors were decomposed. The ecological pressure of carbon footprint in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei increased from 3.8056 hm2/hm2 in 2004 to 5.2108 hm2/hm2 in 2017,an increase of 1.37 times, while the area of productive land only increased by 1.14 times. The carbon emission far exceeded the absorption capacity of forest and grassland, and the ecological pressure increased day by day.Among the factors that affect the ecological pressure of carbon footprint, although the energy intensity, energy structure and the pressure of productive land population have a certain inhibitory effect on the increase of ecological pressure of carbon footprint, the economic development factors have a significantly higher role in promoting it than the inhibition factors, which is also the direct reason for the continuous increase of ecological pressure in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. From the perspective of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, the ecological pressure of the three areas is far greater than 1,and the mechanism of different influencing factors is also different. But on the whole, they are both facing severe ecological pressure. In the decoupling analysis of the ecological pressure of energy carbon footprint and per capita GDP in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, from 2004 to 2017,weak decoupling was the main trend, but after 2014,strong decoupling showed a relatively stable trend, which indicating that the low-carbon development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei will be an obvious trend in the future. Finally, based on the analysis of energy consumption carbon footprint and ecological pressure in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, some suggestions and strategies are put forward in order to better promote the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and provide reference for ecological environment protection.
