China’s food culture broad and profound,has a long history,each pot as influential food at home and abroad,the characteristics of diet to "hemp,spicy,fresh,sweet" is famous,with the continuous upgrading of people material and cultural consumption,people also to the requirement of food consumption is increasing day by day,people are not satisfied with the taste of the single,begin to have diversity and enrichment of catering to pursue,In recent years,Sichuan and Chongqing hot pot in order to continue to meet the needs of consumers on the upgrading of catering consumption,in the dishes and spices continue to innovate,but in the Sichuan and Chongqing hot pot tableware functional optimization and tableware culture integration is still lack of innovation.How to improve the functional and cultural innovation of Sichuan-Chongqing hot pot tableware is the urgent problem faced by the optimization and upgrading of Sichuan-Chongqing hot pot tableware.In this paper,combining with the characteristics of each hot pot meal and consumers increasingly upgrade diet pursuit,through literature research,market research method,computer aided design method,each functional hot pot dishes as a starting point to explore research,summarizes the functional defect of tableware,hot pot dishes for each function optimization design again,And through the cultural characteristics of summary,case analysis,element extraction and other methods,the strong regional cultural characteristics of Bashu culture into the Sichuan-Chongqing hot pot tableware design,give the Sichuan-Chongqing hot pot tableware new cultural connotation.Strive to create a functional and cultural combination of Sichuan and Chongqing hot pot tableware.The practical research of this topic can not only meet the increasing dietary consumption needs of consumers,but also enhance consumers’ national cultural identity of Sichuan and Chongqing hot pot food culture.It has a certain guiding significance to improve the functional optimization of Sichuan and Chongqing hotpot tableware,and has a corresponding reference value to the cultural integration of its tableware.At the same time,it is possible to optimize the design of Sichuan and Chongqing hot pot tableware in the future.
