With the rising of the new economy and the arrival of the VUCA era,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce cross-border competition.Great changes have taken place in the nature of work and post in workplace,and employees are required with much higher quality standard compared with the past.The traditional intellectual selection based on knowledge and skills of employees is now unable to meet the requirements of the job matching in the TS Company.In the future,enterprises should pay more attention to employees’ personal traits,psychological needs,values,vocational tendencies and other relevant competencies,so as to achieve better person-post matching in the process of human resource management.It is the lack of effective talent assessment means and job allocation scheme in the process of development and transformation of the TS Company,that results in the poor matching effect of employees and posts.This paper,which takes the TS company as the research object,and the MBTI personality theory and competency model theory as the guidance,combined with relevant research literature at home and abroad,aims to help the TS company to improve the matching effect of employees and posts from the perspective of improving the matching degree between employees’ personalities and posts.Firstly,this paper conducts a background investigation on the TS Company and finds out the existing problems in human resource management of TS Company.secondly,the MBTI personality test tool is introduced to test the personality of employees.Thirdly,through the analysis of the relationship between the employee’s personality and job performance,as well as job qualifications,this paper constructs a relationship table of post-personality matching.Then,according to the relationship of post-personality matching,the job description of the TS Company was updated,the recruitment and selection process of TS Company was optimized,and the person-post matching database of TS Company was constructed.After that,taking the Sales Department of the TS Company as the pilot,we conduct personnel recruitment,post adjustment and career planning according to the optimized person-post matching scheme.Finally,the implementation effect of the TS Company’s human-post matching optimization scheme is predicted.The research found that there is indeed a relationship between the personality traits of employees and the type of positions in the TS company.Each position has correspondingly suitable personality types.The company can make job allocation according to the personality traits of employees,which will help to improve the matching degree of employees and posts,as well as to inspire employees’ potential and enthusiasm in the work.Through appropriate post allocation,employees are allowed to engage in the work they are interested in and good at,which will help to improve the satisfaction and reduce the turnover rate.This paper provides reference for the TS company’s human resource management in the future.It could help the company to improve the person-post matching effect,so as to give full play to employees’ potential,stimulate employees’ work enthusiasm and improve work performance.
