At present,the speed of global economic development is gradually slowing down.Chinese firms are facing the most intensive market competition since reform and opening up.Hunan Qianjin Hygienic Products Co.(hereinafter referred to as “Qianjin Hygienic Products Co.”)is in a fully competitive industry.In order to achieve high-quality and sustainable development,and to meet the needs of employees to realize their own value to the greatest extent,firms need to configure human resources properly.Previous studies have also shown that the improvement of person-post fit can enhance employees' work performance and firm performance,it plays an important role in the allocation,utilization and development of human resources,which is suitable for the enterprises whose management system is being improved.Firstly,this paper expounded the relevant theories of person-post fit.These previous theoretical studied show that,in addition to employee characteristics and job content,organization and supervisor can also impact the match of person and post.Therefore,to improve the match of person and post,firms must improve person-organization fit,person-supervisor fit and person-job fit.Through questionnaire,observation and interview,this paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of human resource management in Qianjin Hygienic Products Co.,and further analyzes the deficiencies of the firm in person-organization fit,person-supervisor fit and person-job fit.Then this paper analyzes the reasons of these mismatch in combination with the current situation of Qianjin Hygienic Products Co.,and put forward 11 targets for improving person-post fit,including enhancing firm's attraction,accelerating work flow and so on.More than that,this paper also form a scientific improvement schedule of person-post fit,including 21 measures such as dividing firm into several small business units,designing a salary system that can tie the interests of supervisors and subordinates.In order to ensure that the scheme can be implemented smoothly and achieve the expected results,this paper also formulated the implementation principles,implementation steps and implementation guarantee.Finally,this paper summarizes the phased results of the scheme.This paper proposes an operational improvement scheme for the person-post fit of Qianjin Hygienic Products Co.,which can indeed help employees to improve their abilities,help Qianjin Hygienic Products Co.enhance firm performance,and provide help for other firms with similar needs.
