| With the progress of science and technology,the improvement of people’s living standards and the large-scale use of oil,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.In order to ensure the coordinated and sustainable development of economic development and environmental protection,the state has put forward new requirements for the quality of oil products,requiring the reduction of sulfur content in oil products.In the process of oil blending,in order to reduce the sulfur content and meet the requirements of national and industrial standards,it is necessary to treat the oil by hydrofining and other processes.After treatment,the sulfur content of the oil is reduced,and the lubricity of the oil is also reduced.The insufficient lubrication performance of diesel will accelerate the excessive wear of precision components,resulting in the problem of poor fuel atomization in the fuel supply process of diesel engine fuel pump.Diesel oil lubricity improver can improve the lubricity of diesel oil and reduce the wear of vehicle parts.It has good sensitivity to crude oil with different properties and diesel oil produced by hydrogenation process,and has no adverse effect on the cleanliness and low temperature fluidity of diesel oil.No harmful substance,no influence on other performance indexes of diesel.During the blending process of diesel oil in Yan’an refinery,it was found that the filling proportion of lubricant improver increased in winter,and white crystals precipitated at low temperature.In this paper,the characteristics and influencing factors of diesel oil lubricity improver are studied;the filling amount and temperature of blended component oil in Yan’an refinery are explored through experiments;the filling method of diesel oil lubricity improver is determined by combining with the blending process of Yan’an refinery.Then,the optimal filling scheme of diesel blending lubricity improver in Yan’an refinery was determined and applied in practice,and good economic benefits were obtained. |
