At present, the way of tank blending in gasoline and diesel production can not be suitablefor the oil refineries in quality control. We can use intelligent systems to solve this problem,and the establishment of an accurate predicting model will help the system to achieveintelligent. Some people have done many of studies to give a predicting model. Because lackof universality and practical, study of a suitable model gasoline and diesel for a specialrefinery has important practical significance.The paper choose Dagang Petrochemical gasoline and diesel as the research objects. Theresearch includes gasoline octane number (research octane number RON, motor octanenumber MON and antiknock index), diesel cold filter plugging point (CFPP) and 10% , 20%,50%, 90% and 95% distillation temperature's blending rule and predict model. Experimentaldata including One-part blending data, the binary and ternary blending data of gasoline ordiesel. Through a lot of researches by summing and fitting, we can get the followingconclusions:Throughout the binary blending range between MTBE, reformulated gasoline and FCCgasoline, RON, MON and antiknock index has positive effects. Throughout the binaryblending range between reformulated gasoline and FCC gasoline, MTBE and FCC gasoline,RON and antiknock index has positive effects, MON has positive effects. For the ternaryblending,the best blending proportion is the reformulated gasoline's proportion 20%-60%,MTBE's about 5%, FCC gasoline's 35-75%.For the diesel distillation range, the greater proportion of the higher distillation rangecomponents in the blending oil, the higher will be the blending oil's distillation range, and viceversa. For the ternary-blending of the distillation range and 95% distillation temperature of diesel, the best proportion of hydrocracking diesel is 20-40%. While the proportion of catalyticdiesel is 15-25%, the best ratio of atmospheric diesel is 0-50%. As catalytic diesel's ratiogreater than 25%, the atmospheric diesel's ratio has no limit.The greater proportion of the higher CFPP of single components in the blending oil, theCFPP of the blending oil will be the higher, whereas lower. The best blending ratio forcatalytic diesel, atmospheric diesel and Hydrocracking diesel respectively is 15% -30%, 20% -60%, 0% -40%.Predicting models including the linear model, nonlinear model, Stewart model, virtualpure component model of gasoline's octane, the volume model of diesel distillation range, thevolume model, four-paramater distillation range model, multiparameter distillation rangemodel and distillation range-wax content model of diesel's CFPP. Through comparison of thethese predicting models, we determine that the most suitable gasoline's predicting model is thevolume non-linear model, and most suitable diesel's predicting model is the range-wax contentmodel.
